" I'm here "
I sighed when i saw the unfamilliar airport. It changed a lot since i stepped here back years ago, but then it isn't a good memory at all.
"Good then, how was your flight? And i told already your driver to drop you to your condo but are you sure you won't visit your house first? " tita lexie sighed
" I'm exhausted tita, I'll just give it a time tomorrow or in other days "
"okay. I'll see you tomorrow in the hospital then? " she asked
"yup. thank you tita for the help" i smiled
"no problem eli , you never been someone new to me. Don't forget to enjoy your stay " she laugh and end the call.
Tita Lexie is my dad's secretary in our hospital and she is also my mother's friend way back in college so she never been a stranger to me. She was like my real tita and a friend to me since i went to new york to continue my med school. And she's with me here to help me in taking over my family's hospital and my own.
I went inside my new car here. My driver and my one bodyguard are helping each other to put my lagguages in the compartment.
When I'm about to keep my phone inside my bag, it rang again .
"Skylar" I sighed
"you landed already? " she asked
"yeah, I'm inside the car now "
"can we have a dinner tonight? I missed you so much eli! Baka naman hindi mo pa ako pagbigyan niyan ha? You're so cruel, give me time! You have a lot of debts to me you should pay me ba-" she's hesterical
"okay sky, can't you talk without shouting?" I cut her off
" you're so cold eli , isusumbong kita kay engineer!" she shouted
I stopped . She really know how would make me pissed and stunned .This girl!
My driver and bodyguard are already inside and the car start moving.
" huy eli! Still there huh? " she's laughing obviously
" I was saying engineer Santos! Not engineer sulli-" she's laughing hestericaly
"enough sky. I'm exhausted if you want, you can come to my condo to have your dinner you want" I sighed
"Okay eli!! I'm coming over! Text me the address and should i buy food too?" she sounds excited
"no need, I will ask the cook in my unit to have a food " I said
"great!! I'm on my way, take care doc!" she said before hanging up the call
Skylar is my bestfriend since grade 6, until now. She's just the one i gave a connections to me when i fly to new york. No one else but her. I did a good decision though, no one knows what happend to me beacuse i trusted skylar and she did a good job. She's a good secret keeper after all.
After our call, I make another one for the cook in my unit and also to my dad and mom that i left in new york.
"okay take care there hija don't stress yourself too much and enjoy it ." my mom said
