Weeks before:

"Samu, I have to be sure he did it. This is the only way". Guzman told Samuel cautiously. "Are you sure it will work? Carla isn't easy to break." Samuel replied unsure about Guzman's plan. "You don't know her as I do. She'll feel guilty for you and lose her mind. Trust me, It will work, she'll confess." Guzman told Samuel.

"If he really did it, I need that son of a bitch in jail. Getting to Carla is the only way." Guzman followed up, seeing Samuel still unsure. "Okay, so what's the plan," Samuel said after a few seconds, gaining a smirk from Guzman.

------------

Alexa got home just staggered and speechless. Her mind was blank, the image of Polo hitting Marina just as how she saw he was about to hit Ander couldn't get off her mind. She needed to think.

Polo was the main suspect for her now, and it broke her heart into pieces. What was she gonna do now? She had to finish this, but she had to be able to think and connect the points first. Everything made sense to her placing Polo as the killer, but she knew that if she was wrong, it would mean the end of her friendship with Polo.

It wasn't long before Ander and Guzman arrived home worried sick for her. She decided to leave the house to think. Alexa changed her clothes, got her makeup off, took her pills, and rushed out of the house towards the only place she could think of.

-----------

"Where the heck is she? Ander, what did she see that got her like this?" Ander and Guzman had gotten home to an empty house, as Alexa's and Guzman's parents were at a dinner.

It was 1 am and Alexa was nowhere to be seen. "Guzman I'll tell you later, we need to find her. Now," Ander said as he and Guzman roamed around the living room anxiously, thinking of what to do as Alexa wasn't answering their calls and they had no idea where to look.

Alexa never told anyone where she would go when she disappeared for a while, and Ander was about to lose his mind knowing he was the reason Alexa was missing. Something bad, very bad could have happened.

Alexa got to the lake. She always went there when she had to be alone and out of her house. She could finally think. As hard as it was for her, she had to connect everything.

She started to recall how Polo and Carla were very weird and secretive when Guzman and her got home. She remembered the watches, how Marina had stolen from Carla important information, and when Marina was found dead, the watch was nowhere to be found, just as the trophy. The different shirts.

As she connected everything, she knew. It had to be Polo, the thing had to be too much of a coincidence to not be true. Her heart got more shattered as every second passed by.

She cared about Polo, and she knew Guzman did too. How could he have done it? She began to cry uncontrollably as she hadn't since that night her sister died. Polo was just a hypocrite now, and the worst thing was that Carla had to be in it too. That was enough for her to lose it.
