Polo was sitting on his bed, getting ready for a new day at Las Encinas after he was released by his mothers. He did not want to go back, at all, yet his mothers insisted and forced him."Why wouldn't you go back? You did nothing wrong. You are going back there with your head held high," Bregoña told her son before walking out of his room with no reply from him.

He was released. He was standing right here in front of all of us. How could he be so hypocrite? 

After Polo's dramatic entrance, everyone gathered in the classroom before class started. Polo was still in Azucena's office with his mothers. "Why the hell was he released?" Samuel asked in disbelief and anger to Guzman while entering the classroom. "One of his moms is very powerful. But that won't get him out of jail." Guzman replied calmly while sitting beside Lu and Alexa. 

Guzman and Alexa expected it, they knew the power Polo had backing him up. It wasn't going to stop him from getting what he deserved. Alexa knew she was making sure of that. Whatever it took. 

"Don't you have anything to say?" Lu asked Carla who was sitting in the back of the classroom while the group was talking. "At least she finally talked. Some people knew and never said a damn word." Guzman said, screaming the last part to hint Ander, who was sitting in front of the classroom alone and depressed, yet definitely hearing. 

Alexa wasn't ready to hear that, so when she heard those words from Guzman, she got up annoyed and walked past her brother and Lu, and got out of the classroom in silence, gaining an eye roll from Guzman and silence from the rest.

As Alexa was leaving getting to the door to exit, she was met with Azucena entering the door of the classroom as Alexa was exiting. Alexa smiled sweetly at her, trying to control her annoyance caused by her brother as best as she could and finally got out of the classroom as Azucena moved to the side for her to go through. 

Azucena walked in to find Rebekah and Carla in an argument and everybody speaking obviously of what had happened. "Sit down everyone and listen up," she said loudly, gaining everyone's attention. 

"Your classmate has been released on bail, but he still can't be let back to this school. Fortunately, it looks like all this will be resolved soon. The judge has ordered a confrontation between Polo and his accuser tomorrow". When Azucena said these last words, Alexa was already back at the door listening. 

Everyone then turned around to look at Carla who was the one starring the hearing with Polo. She just looked at the desk and held her head in irritation and tiredness. Alexa looked at Ander. He was laying on the desk looking at nothing, he looked just depressed and blank. Alexa rolled her eyes and walked over to her desk.

When class was over, Alexa quickly got out of the classroom to avoid everyone, especially Ander. She walked over to her locker to grab some books she needed. On her way, she was met with Carla trying to open her locker and people making fun of her. 

Not caring, she kept walking and reached her locker. As she was grabbing her books, she was approached by Lu. "Valerio's back. I don't know how or why he would be so dumb. If my dad finds out, he's not only going to be broke, he's going to be dead". Lu told Alexa who was clearly not listening, too caught on her own thoughts. Lu's parents had found out what had happened between her and Valerio - her stepbrother - while she had been with Guzman. That resulted in Valerio being kicked out.
