Meeting the grape again {Rantaro pov}

I gotten accepted to Hopes Peak Academy (hopes peak is a college in this book don't judge) which I was excited about. Though there were downsides, I had to say goodbye to my family since Hopes Peak is in japan. We lived in America. So for a goodbye I gotten my family gifts! 'They would be happy if I did this' I said in my head.

I went to the store to purchase some gifts but of course this would take longer than I thought.

I came home, gifts in hand. And left them in the living room, I had to go early in the morning so I thought I might as well just put them there.

Soon the morning came around and it was time for me to go, my family said goodbye.

I still had some charge in my phone so I decided to text my friends from the killing game (yes he did keep in contact with them).

Rantaro: I'm back in japan!!

None really replied so I just texted them saying that we should meet at a park nearby.

I waited for everyone to arrive at the park. Maki and Kaito with shuichi came along first, soon everyone was here. But I noticed one person wasn't, Kokichi. 'Why is Kokichi not here?' I thought to myself. "Hey guys, have you seen Kokichi?" I asked worried about him "I haven't seen him since high school" Shuichi said. 'That's odd, why would he just disappear?'. "He hasn't been texting us as well." Kaito added. "That's odd" I mentioned. "Yeah but who cares about that Lyin' little abortion?" Miu then said. "Again another unnecessary remark" Korekiyo said. Korekiyo looked different though, he had shorter hair? Well, this is going to take some time to get used to. "Well, other than Kokichi, I got into Hopes Peak!!" I yelled. "Well done man!" Kaito said putting his arm around me. "Yeah congrats Rantaro!" Kaede clapped. 'I wonder if Kokichi will be there'.

We all had a group hug then parted our separate ways. 'I need to find an apartment close to hopes peak'. Just then I got a message on my phone... it was from hopes peak. They told me an address close to the college so I then walked to the address to find my apartment.

I looked around the apartment complex and to my right I saw a boy with purple hair that was tied up with a hair tie. The boy sighed as he walked into the building "hay!" I yelled to him, the boy flinched "y-yeah?, what d-do you need?" He stutters out. "I just need help finding this apartment" I say pointing to the number on my phone. "O-oh um sure" the boy said.
"So what is your name?" I asked. "My name is Kokichi Ouma, but you can call me Ouma since we aren't really friends yet" the boy said 'wait, is he actually Kokichi?' I say in my head. "My name is Rantaro Amami but you can call me Amami, nice to meet you Ouma kun!" I said putting my hand out, he shook it "nice to meet you too Amami chan" he smiled. I smiled back.

We gotten to my apartment a couple of minutes later "Well goodbye Ouma kun!" I waved to him "bye bye Amami chan" he said waving back. Soon he walked off and I walked into my room. 'Was he really Kokichi? As in Kokichi Ouma from the killing game?' These thoughts came rushing in my mind. I then gone on my bed and slowly drifted off to sleep, without unpacking.

It was the next day and I woke up at around 7am. I groaned as I didn't really want to get up, but I had to unpack so I lifted up my head and then started to unpack everything.

It took a while as I was tired and didn't want to do it. I was like a child being forced to clean their room. But it soon was over after like 3 hours as I had a lot of stuff. I heard a knock on my door, I walked over to it and opened it to see that Ouma kun was there. "Haya Amami chan~" Ouma kun said putting his head to the side. "Whatcha doin?" He asked "just unpacking my stuff, why?"I said. "Because I'm bored~ will you hang out with me?" He said with puppy dog eyes. "Sure, why don't we meet my other friends?" I asked him. "Hmm, Sure!~" he said putting his finger to his mouth. "I need more friends anyway" he said putting his hands behind his head. "You wanna meet them now?" "Sure~!".

We then walked to the park where we all met yesterday. "Who long will it take Amami channnn~" he said in a whining voice "soon just be patient with me okay?" "Fiiinnee" he said.

We soon made it to the park and I saw everyone already there "so rantaro why did you have us wake up so early?" Himiko said "yeah you woke up precious Himiko, you degenerate!" Tenko said putting her arms around Himiko. "Well, you know how Kokichi wasn't here yesterday?" "Yeah?" They all said. "Well... I found him!!" I said. "Wait really?!" Kaede said radiating positivity. "Yeah!" I said pulling Ouma from behind. Everyone gave him nasty glares except for me, Kaede and shuichi. Ouma quickly hid behind me. I whispered to him "Ouma are you not excited to see everyone?" He shook his head. "T-they all hate me, R-Remember?" He whispered back. "Hay! Gremlin come out from behind Rantaro!" Kaito said angrily. "N-no, I d-don't wanna" he stuttered out. Everyone looked shocked as they never heard Ouma stutter. "Ouma are you ok?" Shuichi said coming closer to us. "G-get away from me Saihara!" He said backing up even more. 'Does Kokichi hate everyone?' I wondered. "Kokichi?" I asked him kneeling down to his level. "Do you hate everyone?" I put my hand on his shoulder. "N-no it's not t-that.." he said trailing off at the end. "I just want nothing t-to do with them" he said trying not to stutter. "And why is that Ouma?" Kaede said coming over as well. "I-I just... D-don't know..." he said at the verge of tears. "O-Ouma don't cry" shuichi added. Shuichi then proceeds to hug the cowardly grape. "Nishishi, did you all fall for that fake act?" Kokichi laughed. Everyone gave him an angry look but maki gave him the death stare. "Do you want to die?" She said "hmm, I'll think about it!" Kokichi said. Maki just scoffs. "Quit with the lying you little abortion!" Miu added. "How about... No, Hehe" in he giggled at the end. At least he didn't call her a cum dumpster.

This took so long lol, what do I do with my life. Also I'm replaying danganronpa 2 at the moment, I just realised how my I love gundham tanaka. He best boy by saving his hamsters T0T hope yall enjoyed!
