The walk home was silent. Not an awkward silence, but a comforting kind of silence that makes you feel nice in your surroundings.The only sounds around the two boys were the leaves of the trees rustling, and the sounds of birds chirping. Also a variety of other things but those were the most noticeable. It was getting dark and they needed to go home so they just left all their stuff for the next day and started to head home. Izuku kicked some pebbles while Katsuki was thinking of how to hide the bugs he found from his mom and dad.
"Kacchan?" Izuku asked looking at Katsuki. Katsuki didn't turn around or anything he just kept walking infront of him.
"Hm? What is it Deku?"
"Will you promise to be ok?" Katsuki scoffed and smiled.
"Of course Deku. Why wouldn't I be?" Izuku shrugged and looked down.
"I don't know...I just have a bad feeling...that something is gonna happen...something ba-"
"It's that stupid nightmare Deku. It's messing with your brain." Katsuki says. There was a short pause before Izuku sighed and smiled.
"Ok Kacchan. Your so smart you know?"
"Hehe I know."
"143!"
"1433." They got closer and closer to the gate, Closer and closer to the park, and closer and closer to their homes. Katsuki got bored so he grabbed a stick and just started waving it in the air. Izuku started to skip the rest of the way there, his hair going up and down as he went. They got to the opening of the gate. But the problem was that it was blocked off now.
"Kacchan... what are we gonna do?"
"Relax Deku we can just climb." Izuku gulped as Katsuki started climbing.
"Kacchan Wait dont start yet!" He groaned and got off.
"Yeah Deku?"
"I can't climb that high..."
