"Desire: tranquility (safety, free from anxiety), I hate: negative things/rude personalities of people, I love: helping people out/helping people feel happy & accepted. My thought: I'm very anxious a lot of the time, so I'm mainly over thinking small things lol. When my anxiety occurs, I feel as if my heart is heavy, my stomach tightens & my cramps, I'll occasionally get headaches. I tend to bounce my leg when it happens or chew gum obnoxiously hahaha. I'm not really sure how it occurs... personally, it normally happens if I'm forced to do something out of my comfort zone or from worrying/overthinking."

They force me to talk

Do they know how hard it is

To speak when I am not ready?

"Give me time maybe

Let me prepare"

-

My leg is already bouncing

And my heart is thumping at the same pace

My stomach feels like

Someone is sucking the life from it

It tightens

Along with every other organ in my body

-

"Give me time maybe,"

I repeat

Come on,

It's okay,

I try to remind myself

-

What if I mess up?

What if my words stumble upon each other?

What if my tongue gets knotted and I can't undo it?

-

Breathe

My mind is stuck

Pounding as loud

As a hammer on a nail

Breathe

-

"Uhm,"

Just as I predicted

I stammer

Breathe

-

Breathe in

1.. 2.. 3.. 4..

Hold

1.. 2.. 3.. 4.. 5.. 6.. 7..

Breathe out

1.. 2.. 3.. 4.. 5.. 6.. 7.. 8..

"Chapter One.."
