Her eyes shimmer
Like the stars on a dark night

My forever?
Being without a lover?

How do I cope with the fact
They found love,
But I cannot
Someone stay
"Nothing more
Than a woman,
That loves any human
No matter their gender"

Why do I have to be less human
Because of my beliefs
And the way I love?
That is not what defines me.
