Android feelings ( an OCxConnor)

- A Drive Home -

Jaxx POV:

I didn't realize how sleepy I was until I went to go grab my ,now unfizzy, Fresca from the break room.

As soon as I grabbed it and finished it off, my eyes felt real heavy. I shuffled to my desk while Hank was already at his own, just sittin there. Connor came out of the interrogation room, and I started searching for my car keys.

Connor came over after I found the keys in my back pocket. " Jaxx?" I just hummed in response, looking over my desk, making sure I had everything.

"I noticed that you're extremely tired... and I wouldn't want you to fall asleep on your way home." I looked up at him, slightly tilting my head to the side.

"Can I offer to take you home? Unless Hank already is." I could've sworn he ... seemed nervous when he asked.

"W-Well I haven't asked Hank-" I yawned a little again." But I can't not take your offer," I sleepily smiled at him, handing him my keys.

" I need to tell Hank something real quick though." I went over to Hank, him looking at me from his office chair. I quickly hugged him and asked him to tell Sumo hi for me before going back over to Connor.

"Okay Connor, we can go now," I started walking out of the station, him following me. Once we were out I saw that the rain had died down. I went over to the passenger's side of my grey car. It was like Hank's car but looked more modern.

Connor had already unlocked the car, and he got into the driver's side. The seat had him pushed way too far into the steering wheel, which made me giggle.

" Sorry, uh the buttons are the two on the side over there," I pointed to the black buttons near the door handle.

( I know that's not where they are on actual cars rn but shoosh-)

He pushed them to where he was in a good position while I buckled in. He looked over at me and waited for directions. "I-I live at 2367 Sherry Avenue..." He nods and turns the car on, going on his way to my house.

While I was looking at the passing cars and trees, I felt so tired. I don't even remember when I fell asleep, but I was OUT.

Connor's POV:

I noticed that Jaxx fell asleep quite quickly...

Just as I predicted.

I looked over at her, her head resting on her hand against the window. It was certainly different seeing her in a more peaceful state than her more forward and determined personality.

I felt something inside of me. Like a feeling of... warmth?

I looked back at the road and I soon pulled up to Jaxx's house. I turned the car off and Jaxx was still fast asleep. I didn't want to wake her, so I went over to her side of the car and carefully opened the door.

I was able to pick up Jaxx bridal style and locked up the car.

She's still asleep... she must've been really tired.

I thought as knocked on the dark grey door. I looked around and noticed the potted plants on either side of the door. They were white and blue Dendrobiums, a type of Orchid.

I heard Jaxx start mumbling," p-please... stop..." I looked down at her, confused.

She must be dreaming of something.

I heard some shuffling from the other side of the door. A woman with messy strawberry pink hair opened the door.

" What do you- what did you do with Jaxx," I quickly analyzed her to find out that she was Alexis Emerald, a 26 year old woman working as an animator on YouTube.
