Android feelings ( an OCxConnor)

-Rescue Mission-

Jaxx's POV:

I let go of Connor, him giving me a confused,and/or, flustered look. I chuckled at his reaction and started walking again, Nova immediately following me." Don't just stand there Tin-Man!~" I called out to Connor as he stood still, slowly getting smaller from the growing distance between us.

Once I could tell that he started walking again, I started thinking once more,the somewhat comfortable silence setting in.

During that hug,it didn't feel ...normal? It didn't feel like when me and Alex hugged, is it just because he's an android? No... that's not it. Either way, that hug felt... comforting and warm.

Now out of my thoughts, I saw that we had arrived back home so I took out my keys to unlock the door. Once opened, Nova started walking inside," ah-ah-ahhh. No sticks inside Nova." She looked up at me,pouted, then reluctantly dropped the stick, trotting inside and up the stair case.

Connor came up beside me, probably going to ask me something. " What's up?" I asked, throwing Nova's stick nearly over our fence.

Hope that didn't land in the neighbor's...

"Why did you ... hug me?" he had his head tilted to the side, as he typically does.

He always looks so innocent when asking stuff... kinda cute.

That thought made me pause a second ,and look at him confused just like he was to me. "J-Just get inside already, you're letting the cool air out-" I pushed him in and shut the door, him looking even more puzzled than before.

I looked down then up at him, sighing," it just felt right I guess...? I-I mean... I just wanted to show you that I really did mean me accepting your apology." He nodded and started looking around the house, staring at some photos on shelves and what not.

Where did that 'cute' comment come from brain?! Connor's an android! It's not like he'd be feeling anything, right?

I shook off those thoughts and headed to my room, telling Connor so. I saw Alex working hard with her music on, I smiled to myself before leaving her doorway. I went into my room and flopped onto my bed, spreading across it as if I was going to make a snow angel on the sheets.

I heard some meowing from the side of my bed, so I sat up on my elbows to see Sapphire looking up in my direction."Saphyyyy," I cooed her name as she meowed and moves closers to my bed."Oookay... come here," I laid on the side of my bed to pick her up. I wasn't difficult since she weighed like two pounds.

I spread back out on my bed, putting Sapphire on my stomach."Cutie..." I booped her nose as she moved her head away a lil in confusion. I petted her until she got real sleepy while I actually started to doze off, guess that walk made me kinda tired...

A few minutes passed,with me being half awake, and I heard some noises coming from the hallway. It got closer to my doorway, expecting to see Connor, Alex was calling out for Sapphire. I assume that she saw me and Saph laying there because she stopped talking, seeming relieved that her cat was safe. Acknowledging her being in my room I sat up a little, still pretty sleepy."Hey, wassup?.." I spoke softly up to her, her starting to pet Sapphire. "Oh, just checking on Saphy... thought she disappeared." she chuckled a lil, tucking a piece of her strawberry colored hair behind her ear.

"Soooooo... what's been happening so far today? Besides the whole... rooftop thing," she went and laid down beside me, looking over at me. I thought and looked up at the ceiling, letting thoughts fill my brain," well nothing too crazy. Me and Connor took Nova for a walk to the dog park, but it was strange because Gavin was there..." If eye rolling was a sound, Alex definitely did that, and I don't blame her... Gavin's too much most of the time.
