'What the hell have I gotten myself into?'

"It's too late to turn back now anyway." Yashiro sighed, finally having the strength to push the door open, instantly being met with the chatter of her classmates.

One of the hardest things to overcome every morning was walking past her classmates, as their chatter would turn to whispers and murmurs, and funnily enough, she could hear them loud and clear.

Maybe that was their intention, but how was she suppose to know what goes on in the mind of a bully? She'll just leave it at that; something she could never understand.

One of the things she couldn't understand most in that moment, was how she even managed to get the strength to enter the classroom.

But all these weren't even the hardest part.

Yashiro, being the courteous person she was, always arrived with time to spare.

Time that seemed to tick by ever so slowly as she didn't have friends to kill the time with.

The only good thing in this classroom is her seat, her safe space, a place in this chaotic room where she could feel a bit at ease.

As she sat, she breathed a sigh of relief and thought whether or not if should just take a nap, or hum quietly to herself, but a thought pushed through all of those as she remembered her procalamation to Amane.

Her cheeks turned red immediately and she struggled to cover them.

'No, this is no time to be an awkward bean.'

She had worked all night trying to figure out plans to make Amane change his mind. Maybe it was her selfishness that wanted him to stay, or something else entirely, but it just didn't sit right to her for someone to think that way, and wanted to help in any way she could.

She'll never let go of him again...

Yashiro shook her head, why is she projecting her desires that were at lost long ago into the person she admired?

'He's gone, you'll never find him, Yashiro.' She thought, settling back into reality.

She may not see the light at the end of the tunnel, but it's always there. She just has to convince Amane to think that way, even if it meant being a hypocrite on her part.

'And he is techically your boyfriend now.'

God, that still felt weird to even think of. It still felt too foreign to even let it sink in, too.

All of this was making her head hurt, so she slammed her face into her desk, groaning from pain and frustration at her tangled thoughts. She was glad at least to have her safe space, her seat, to calm her even in the slighest bit.

As she was about to ease onto sleep's arms, she was suddenly jolted out of her groggy state, as she could make out the figure of Amane casually walking into the chaos of a classroom.

And as the famous person he is, he was flocked by girls left and right faster than light. Yashiro could only frown, her tiny bit of courage to talk to him dissapating.

Those girls will surely pummel her to the ground if she even tries to get close, so she sighed, easily giving up.

But Amane, after finally getting free from those stuck-up girls, immediately went to Yashiro's side, pulling off his usual smile.

Yashiro glanced up at him and sighed as he went back to facade again, bringing up his smiling mask, but knew that she had a mission to fulfill and that she'll see that smile once her hard work pays off. Yashiro smiled at him as she thought of that, feeling happy of her thought. "G-Good morning." She said meekly through a close-eyed smile.
