So that's the same morning but they are all at work .
At the station
Andy meet up kat at the reception she did her uniform inspection, and explain to her what they were going to do in they're first hour before shift starts . They started by doing some boxe after that jump rope they did some cardio just to keep them fresh and ready to start after that they went in the stairs where there is the reception and mayas office . Andy was showing something that kat should do one the stair but she as doing them really slow at that moment Robert walked in and they never realized it
Kat: Andy why are U doing this so slow ?
Andy: I got hurt in my last call and I'm taking it slow
Sullivan : morning ladies he said going up the stairs without looking at Andy but only at kat
Kat: morning chief
She was the only one that answers him , kat started to do the exercises and when she was done they go up the stairs to go eat with the team
- morning chief , chief , good morning , the team all said in union at Sullivan

She only smiled at the team and sat at the table next to her husband like alway without even looking at him
- oh guys I wanted to introduce U to you're newest rookie kat but be careful it's not her first fire house so she's not exactly new probe he's still the probe.

- okay team for today I want all of U to pair up with someone and do team work , cleaning is the first thing we do today, Hughes Montgomery you're cleaning all the stairs elevator , and reception , Miller , Ben you're cleaning the trucs , Kat and Emmett Herrera is gonna décide what U do today , and as U may or may not know I'm gonna be leaving for the day after 12 am this morning I have something important to do with my family so I leave Sullivan in charge he's your captain for the day you're following his rules everything , you've already worked under him so it's not gonna be a problem , let have breakfast.
They all ate in silence and it was weird .

- okay so we put water in her mouth and we get up straight and someone tells joke and the first one to laugh get to spit all their water on the other persons face it's silly but it's funny and if your all assisting my birthday party the day after my birthday we are all gonna do that

Herrera started to do some joke they were Both about to laugh but they were holding it until Montgomery break and spit all his father on Lucas .

At that point Sullivan was looking cause he was kinda interested to see how was his wife gonna be cause she laughs a lot
Montgomery starts to say joke and no one was cracking so they started to tell story that happened on call until Sullivan told something that happened to Lucas on call and it was so funny that Lucas spit all the water he has in his mouth on herrera

- it's totally fair , I'm gonna go change cause I'm not gonna work in wet clothes, she left for the locker room Sullivan followed her

Robert was happy that he could see Andy mentoring Emmett and kat they looked like they had a lot of fun they started by doing some burpees and everything cause for Andy the key is to be able to give your 100% even if your tired

- what about U take a break go drink a little bit I'll se U back here in 10 okay , Andy sat down on the floor next to the fire pole and Sullivan saw her he looked at her she looked really bad she felt anger but sadness too and he couldn't get her to listen to him . The fire trucs pulled him , and Emmett and kat were back the whole team went shower and started to cut the veggies for tonight's meal it was the morning but it was gonna be helpful .
Andy was trying to explain how to pull the fire hose but they didn't understand Robert was looking at them he was out of his office next to the fire pole . Andy was to show them how to do it but has she did it to fast it started to pinch in her heart and had difficulty to breathe
- herrera you're okay , asked Emmett
- yeah yeah I'm fine , she said do U understand now how to do it I'm looking at U she got up and turned around almost yelled but keep it inside her and turned back around hoping her husband didn't saw her but he did saw her all the team was going to join them when Andy looked up to Robert and saw he was staring at her

- like what , Sullivan asked
- what do U want to hear , okay look U were right U were right I'm not fine , I'm not ready to be back she said almost yelling at him the all team walked into the barn . Maya was gone it was 1:40 pm

- yeah it's fine go home ill mentor them, U both take a break next call U can go in it but I only want you to observe I'll see U in 30 minutes in the gym Andy walked a bit in the fire house as she walked past dean who was walking back in fourth from the fire pole to the other end Andy asked him if he could have the key to his house boat so that she can go get her stuff from his place cause jack move in with him and he took all of Andy's stuff and bring them there
. He accepted and give her the key Sullivan saw her took deans key and was wondering where she was going he went down to the reception and saw Andy leave in her formal clothes and was about to leave when Vic called her
- Andy wait ! Vic said

- don't forget you're the one picking up me and Lucas here at 7 right ?
- no I won't forget that I didn't buy a dress for nothing I'll be there don't worry okay ?

- I could be better but I'm gonna fix it , I'll be there I promise now go the station need to be spotless .
She left without looking at Robert at this moment he knew he fucked up hard and he needed to get back his wife . They got a call almost immediately after Andy left Robert left on the scene with everyone else after an hour and a half they all were back at the station
- Montgomery? Sullivan said
- yes sir , look shift ends in 8 hours you're captain for now on until I come back it'll be maybe 2-3 hours I have something I need to take care off i believe in U don't screw this up if they're something wrong call the chief okay his gonna go helps U , I'll be back he left in his car and went back home to his wife

At home
- babe I'm here , Robert said
No response he walks into the bedroom
- Andy we should talk he said he got quiet when he saw she was sleeping on his side of the bed which she always do when she misses him he went up and kiss her forehead when he was about to leave
- come back please , Andy said
- oh you're awake ? He said
She turned around to face him
- yes I am , and I don't want U to go U didn't come all the way through this and left the whole team together for nothing lay down .
- okay he said laying down, look I want us to talk and be honest with each other without yelling please can we do that , he said and he saw duffle bags on the ground and he sat on the bed

- the bags ? They weren't there this morning is it your thing from you're old place ?

- I'm sorry about that I'm sorry that's was hard on U it was hard on me too I never thought I'd see U again , and yeah I hurt myself today but it wasn't the where the bruises are it was my heart I kept thinking about this morning and it made me stressed if I wasn't leaving I was gonna have a panic attack right in front of U that why I left , and I'm sorry that I said all of this to U this morning but it really hurts my feeling that U don't feel like I'm okay , I am for real babe I'm not lying I'm good , it does not hurt and I know we still see them and everytime I looked at myself in the mirror that's all I can see jack pushing me everywhere and U didn't feel that U didn't that's why I don't shower with U anymore and I thinks that why U don't want to either because In the water we see it more . - I set them a projector in their spare room that project the turnout room cause U know there's a story there , and I placed a table in one of the corners and the rest is a dance floor and I'll have them dance salsa because I've been practicing with Luke , don't get jealous please , and I asked vic to practice it because I wanted me and her to dance together but actually It was for them because I have U has my partners and I'll be their hôte and I'll serve them every meals
- god U went fancy , I only brought them to drink and I know Vic is pregnant so she drank sparkling water all night but that's fine , and hm I bought them a baby curb with some clothes and decorations

He hugged her kissed her and he left . She started to get ready and she went to her car and drove all the way to the station to get Luke and Vic
