He started to tell his team about the rules while Sullivan talk with his
- guys I'm a part of this crew I'm taking over vics place I know your skills so when the workout U need to do is for u I'll tell U and don't be shy to tell me or the team if U want to do one we all need to participate .

So the first exercise is the person who can do the more pull ups in 1 minutes win so you'll go one after the other each team consults each other ( clutch from 43 and Sullivan from 19)

It continued like that for an hour they were a lot of elimination and lots of fun it was nice for the team to connect so much with there battalion chief and accepting the captain and everything after an hour and a half there was a little break 15 minutes .

It continued for an other hour it's was only Sullivan and Andy facing Ruth he was though
Andy lost for the most push up cause she was really tired it was only Sullivan and him .
D: it's plank time ( at that moment Sullivan was stressing his ass out cause he's was gonna need to stay on his leg and Andy started to stress )
It was already 4 minutes in Ruth was starting to fall , Sullivan still straight .
