Chapter V

(Y/') pov.

Sunday is always when my dad and mom go out to meet up for dinner with my dad's hero friends so I got the night off tonight. Which lead me to the position I am currently in right now. I'm standing in front of my front door with my hand hovering above my door knob. I was considering going to Kirishima because honestly I need a friend, but I'm worried it'll be weird and awkward.
"I shouldn't..... but I really want to..." I sigh. "Oh screw it." I grasp the metal handle and pull it open.i close it behind me and walk over to Kirishima's door. I raise a shaky hand and knock on the door. A few minutes later it opens.

"Who the hell are you?" It was some guy with ash blonde hair and angry red eyes. I jump startled at his rudeness.
"Oh um sorry I was looking for Kirishima..... but if he's not here I'll go..." I respond and back away a little bit.

"Oh! Hey (y/n)! You actually came over!" Kirishima calls and pushes the blonde out of the doorway.

"It seems you have company... sorry for bothering you." I try to turn away but kirishima stops me.

"No no! You're fine! Bakugo was just leaving anyway. Right bro?" Kirishima says turning to the blonde.

"Whatever." He pushes past me and leaves the apartment building. Kirishima moves to the side and allows me to come inside.

'Oh my gosh this was a horrible idea!' Kirishima and I sat in complete and awkward silence. I was sitting in a chair he had in his room and he was sitting on his bed.
"You know maybe I shouldn't have come this is awkward." I say and start to stand up.
"Wait no don't go! Let's talk about our interests and stuff." Kirishima suggests and signals for me to sit down. I sigh and sit down.

-Time Skip Cuz I'm bad at convos-

I smile at kirishima and hold back a laugh at the joke he had just made. In a short span of a few hours we had gotten close. I feel a buzz in my pocket and pull my phone out.

'I'd get ready if I were you. We're heading home.' I feel a shiver going down my spine. My dad always gets drunk at these parties and so he's going definitely throw things at me.

"Hey Kirishima-"

"Call me Eijiro, since I call you by your first name anyway." He suggests.

"Alright Ejiro. I have to go. Talk to you later." I stand up.

"I'll walk you out!" He says and follows me to the front door.

"I'll see you later. I had fun." I wave goodbye and enter my apartment. I then make sure everything is set up right before slipping into bed.

'I'm glad I went over. Maybe it won't be such a bad thing.
