Millennium dice (yugioh)

Mom!

I wake up in a room that I don't know. I start to panic again. I start hyperventilating. Where am I? How did I get here? Who's house is this? Then I pass out again.

I wake up again. It's dark outside. I wonder who's house I'm in. I'm too worn out to start hyperventilating again. I sigh and start to get up. Then I get a horrible headache.

What is this! It's like something's inside my head trying to get out.

"Oh! Your awake!" I hear a sweet voice say.

"Y-yeah. Um, where am I and how did I get here?" I ask.

"Wellllll, this is my room and I asked Joey and Honda to carry you." He says, blushing a bit

I'm in his room! I've always imagined what it looked like. Wait. If this is his room. Then. This bed. Is his?!

"Are you okay now?" He asks.

"I-I.. uh think so?" I say more like a question. I try to stand up again but my head starts pounding again. "Ah!" I yell and sit back down!

"Are you okay!?" He yells and comes running up to me. He puts his hand on my forehead and is really close to my face.

"Uh...Yeah! YEAH! I'm fine! I just need to lay down for a bit longer." I say freaking out and hiding under the covers. I mean I barely know him and I'm in his bed. I would think this was a dream if I didn't already pass out and wake up!!

"Oh... ok do you need anything else like water or to call your family. They're probably worried about you."

"No he's not." I say quietly.

"What was that?" Good thing he didn't hear.

"Can I get a glass of water please?" I ask politely.

"Yeah! I'll be right back!" He yells and runs away.

If I can't get up, and this headache keeps up, am I going to have to stay here. I don't have any clothes here. And where will Yugi sleep!

"...Saga...." I hear a whisper. I snap my head around to try to find where that sound was coming from.

"....Yami..." I hear a more girlish voice whisper. What is this? Who's talking?! I stand up, making my headache worse, and walk over to Yugi's millennium puzzle. It felt like it was calling me.

I put my dice next to it. "Are you trying to say something to me?" I ask even though I know it's crazy. Nothing happen. "How did I know, I'm going crazy."

"Oh no! You need to lay down! Your sick Saikoro!" I hear Yugi say.

"But my dice said something!" I say angrily-ish.

"Okay...? But really you need I lay down Sai! Oops sorry, is it okay if I call you Sai?"

"Y-yeah. I don't really have anybody that's ever called me that. Except. My mom used to." I say walking to the bed and laying down.

"What happened?" Yugi asks.

He doesn't know how much I've wanted to tell someone about my mom. I've always wanted to get this off my chest but I definitely can't talk to my dad about it.

I smile slightly. "Well, I remember it like it was just yesterday." I sigh. "She was so nice, and pretty, and funny, but one day we went to this fair place."

Yugi looks like he's really interested in my story. "What happened?" He asks with an adorably confused look on his face.

"Well we went on this thing, where you get in and it goes up real high so you can see the whole fair ground." I pause and cover half of my face with my hand. "T-there was this m-man in the thing with us. H-he h-had a g-gun an h-he took my mom. He said that i-if anybody moved he would shoot her." I start crying. Not sobbing but there were tears coming down my face.

"Are you okay with talking about it?" He asks and rubs my back. This was exactly what I needed.

"Y-yeah, I always wanted to get this off my chest." I say wiping my face. "A-any way. T-there was this other man. And he was going to try to tackle the man with the gun. I-I got really scared and yelled out to him to stop. T-that made the man w-with the gun angry so he s-shot the man! It was all my fault! Yugi!" I start sobbing.

"No, no it's not. It's okay. you just wanted to keep your mom safe. It's okay." he comforts me and rubs my back.

I sniffle and wipe my face. "S-sorry I'm n-not done.... Well th-the guy, didn't stop shooting people. Soon it was just me and my mom. Then he shot m-my mom too! That's when the thing reached the ground again. He ran off and I stayed with my m-mom c-crying." I say. "She said..."

Flash back

"Sai! Sai, darling. Wipe your tears. Things like this happen sometimes. I, I just want you t-to have something Sai." Saikoro's mom says.

She hands Sai a small black box. The inside of the box is red velvet. Also there's a large dice in the box along with a note. The box now is coated with blood. This only freaks Sai out even more, but she takes the box knowing this will be the final birthday present that she will receive from her mother.

"Sai. This is very important. Keep it with you and it will protect you darling. I'll see you later my sweet little daughter. I'll watch over you. So.. don't do... anything..... naughty......" Sai's mother says. Her eyes close and her body goes limp.

"Momma!!! Momma!! Mommaaaaaaa!" Sai yells now hugging her mothers bloody lifeless body.
