a6d POV

~

The next morning I wake up, remembering what I needed to do. I get ready for the day and drive to the office. This time I don't stop for a coffee. I have to have this approved by Chief. I walk down the hallway where the Chief's office is. I get nervous of asking him to hold a search party, but I push myself to knock the door. Remember, you're doing this for Bad and Skeppy.

"Who is it?" The Chief asks in a booming voice.

"It's a6d. I have something important to tell you. May I come in?"

"Yes, go ahead."

I open the door, greeted by the Chief with a serious look. I take a seat on the comfy chair infant of his desk, "Chief, I want to hold a search party for BadBoyHalo. I believe if we hold it now we might find him quicker if BadBoyHalo is possibly traveling."

The Chief looks at me with a serious look in his eyes, "Are you sure you want to do that? It's only been 24 hours since the posters had been put up around the city."

"Yes, I do. Even though I've only been at this job for a couple of months, I believe this is urgent and we need to take action immediately."

"Well, I guess you have a point, a6d. I'm glad I hired you to be a detective. I give you permission."

Outside, I'm all serious. But inside I'm cheering my head off. Can't believe that worked! Now I can be a bit closer to finding Bad hopefully.

I reply, "Thank you for this opportunity. I want to schedule it today at 4pm, that would be the best time because businesses would be popular at the time."

"Yes, yes. Well, I'll arrange a search party for you. Thank you for taking responsibility and taking action."

I give him a nod, and quietly leave his office. I walk to my office, expecting more paperwork and files. I sigh in relief that it was approved. I gaze over at the piles of work.

"Bruh who gives out this much crap..." I groan.

I decide to not do it at once but instead hold a plan for the search. I get a lined sheet of paper and a pen and write down the plan.

1: Arrive at the city

2: Ask pedestrians

3: Search on Security Cameras

4: Get K9's to sniff out evidence

I think those plans should work. I pin it up on my bulletin board, probably because it's been so barren every time when I work. Maybe it could go into some use for this case. To pass the time I work on the pile of paperwork.

Timeskip

"Oh, looks like it's 4 now..." I say looking up at the clock. I put the completed files in a neat stack and prepare the search. I get my notepad, camera, blacklight, gun, gloves, tape, walkie-talkie, and magnifying glass in my bag. Alright, I'm ready. I walk out of my office and head to the search party holdings room. As I walk I run into a group of people.

"Oh, you must be detective a6d." One of the people in the group said.

"Are you the search party I asked for?" I ask.
