Lucifer P.O.V.
-Pup if my clothes get burned I swear I will-
-Oh shut up and just go, you will be fine.- She said while rolling her eyes. I went through the portal, and when I did everyone was staring at the huge building in front of us. Maria took the lead and went in first and all of us followed her. After her and the rest of fae girls showed us around and our rooms we went down to the living room.
-Okay I think I found my father’s relatives, they are not far away from here. Jackie you are coming with me. And the rest are going to the training room.- Maria said after staring at the fireball for at least 15 minutes.
-Uhm, I think I should probably stay to help with training you know. But oh Lucifer can go with you right?- She looked at me and wiggled her eyebrows. Not her too, my brothers are already getting so annoying with their jokes about me and Maria.
-Um yeah, sure. We can fly there, I haven't stretched my wings in ages.- Maria gave me a quick nod.
-Ok let’s go then.- She got up and went out and I followed her. I transformed to my demon form and she made wings out of fire. That’s... interesting. She haven't said anything for at least 10 minutes so I decided to start a conversation
-Why do you make your wings out of fire? I thought as Diavolo's relative you would have your demon form.- She looked at me like she just realized she wasn't alone.
-My demon form never got fully developed, but since I am Diavolo's relative I can make wings and horns with fire and they stay like that I don't need to maintain them.
-So you are a lame excuse for a demon. Got it.- She gave me a dead stare…
-Fuck you Lucy. I am twice as demon as you are. Anyway, we should land now we are getting close to their territory.- I nodded and we landed, transforming back to our regular forms.
-Should I be worried about meeting your grandparents? I mean your witch grandmother slapped you two times with those iron nails.- She furrowed her eyebrows while still looking ahead.
-Well my grandpa was a werewolf and their lifetime is same as humans so you don't have to worry about him.
-Oh sorry I didn't-
-No need to apologize. Nothing happened to him. He died out of old age that’s it. However about my grandmother... I kind of got my attitude from my grandmothers so just be sure you don't look her the wrong way.- She winked at me and I rolled my eyes.
We walked a little bit more and we saw two man standing in the middle of the road. I looked at Maria and she seemed calm. I guess we don't have to worry then.
Maria P.O.V.
I have been silent for the most of our trip because I was thinking about my grandma. I have her temper so I know how she can be sometimes. As we approached her guards I was wondering if they would let us pass.
-Hello. Me and my friend need to see queen Vesta.
-Yeah right, who you think you are? You can't just get to talk to the queen like that.- One of guards said to us and looked me and Lucifer up and down. My fangs and fae ears went out and fire was surrounding me.
-I am her granddaughter and if you don't show me some respect I might put you on fire.- I said in a very deadly tone and I was smirking. I could smell their fear even though they were looking calm.
-We need to reach the queen to ask for the pass. Wait a minute.- The other guard said and zooned out mind linking someone.
-She asked what do you need?
-I need to talk to her. Tell her it’s really urgent and I wouldn't bother her other ways.- He nodded at me and zooned out again.
-Fine. You can pass.- I gave him a nod and Lucifer and I walked past them.
-I think your grandma is not really happy about your visit.
-Yeah I figured it would be that way...
We continued walking through the forest for a while and finally we were in front of her castle. The guards just let us pass since I was still in my fae form and they were probably informed that we are coming.
When one guard guided us to my grandmother she was sitting in her throne. She hasn't changed a bit, she still looks like she is in her late twenties.
-Hello grandma.- I said and then noticed she was staring at Lucifer.
-This is-
-I know damn well who he is, but the thing that bothers me is why is he here with you? And what is so urgent that you had to come here by yourself followed with one of the most powerful demons?- She said while raising her eyebrow and then getting up to stand in front of us.
-I won’t bother you with details. I'll try my best to say this as short as I can. You see after I escaped from Agamemnon I was working on opening my chakras with Lohan and after that I got reborn as a human.- She was looking at me with a bit softer expression now,
-So that’s where you disappeared. I kept a look on you until you just vanished.- I made a little smile.
-Yes I vanished for my own good... Anyway one of Agamemnon’s stupid wolves crashed at my car one night and Agamemnon is so mad about the fact that I killed him when he tried to attack my friends that he  declared war on me. Pericula has already visited me and swore her and her clan of witches will help me. Diavolo also paid me a visit when he found out I was alive living the human world so he will also be there to help. As for Lucifer over here, him and his brothers will also help me and they are practicing with my gang right now-
-So you came to see will my people and your grandfathers pack also be willing to help right?- She cut me off and I sighed.
-Yes. I hopped you would help me.- She was silent for a second just looking at me.
-I see you don't have bad intentions about this except teaching that idiotic wizard a lesson. He killed my child and now he is onto my grandchild. Not while I am alive. Yes me and your grandfathers pack will also join.- I smiled…
-Thank you grandma. We will keep in touch for details since we should get going to join everyone on the practice.- She smiled and hugged me. Even a coldhearted queen has a soul you know?
-Stay safe my child. We will keep in touch through the mind link.- We made a mind link and said our goodbyes.
While Lucifer was turning in his demon form grandma mind linked me…
-'Keep that man. You might not see it but I saw the way he looks at you'- and then she cut off the mind link. Will they ever stop? I will not let a man get that to close to me ever again... not after what Nick did.
-Ready pup?
-I was born ready Lucy.- And with that we flied off.
The next 14 days were exhausting. We got up at 5am every day and practiced until night. The boys were getting better and better with weapons and I was really proud of them. Angela and Milie on the other side were learning so fast how to use magic that I gave them that you would think they have been doing it their whole life.
The day has come. I got up and put my jumpsuit on and then proceeded to put all of my daggers and knives in the secret pockets. I thought I would never wear this thing again. We all got ready and were in front of the fortress.
-We have about two more hours until the Agamemnon’s army comes to the forest. Pericula's witches and Diavolo's demons are on their way as well as Vesta’s army. Remember what happens today might change our lives forever. Keep yourselves safe as much as possible as well as others around you. If you are hurt mind link someone right away to take you to Angela and Milie to heal you. I am not losing any of my friends today.- When I finished my little speech I again made an portal that took us in front of the forest. Angela and Milie hided in the cave right away and we waited for the rest of my family and their armies to join us. Everyone was checking their weapons one more time and Lucifer came up to me
-Maria.
-Yes?
-Please don't put your life in danger more than you have to. I don't know what I will do if I lose you. In the last month you have grown to my heart more than anyone ever and- I hugged him, his words were genuine and I knew it.
I felt the same about him but I just couldn't say it. I didn't want to get hurt again and I just couldn't admit that I might have fallen for him. He hugged me back and when I pulled away he looked me straight in the eyes.
-Promise me pup, you will be careful please.
-I promise. And Lucy, same goes to you. Don't put your life in danger more than you have to okay?
-Okay I promise.
Everyone have arrived by now.
-Listen here everyone. Thank you all for coming to help me. I wouldn’t be able to even think about standing against Agamemnon if it wasn't for you. Thank you all and take care of yourselves.
