-Hello Mrs. Chalamet, I have those documents that you needed and I also had a letter this morning in my desk addressed to you from the architecture firm that has an appointment this Thrusday. -y/n gave her boss, Nicole, the papers and smiled.- Do you need anything else?
-You never disappoint, y/n. Thank you so much. I'm going to be in a Skype meeting with May Lewis right now and I'll be here maybe for an hour more or less so if anyone calls...
-I'll tell them to leave a message.
Nicole smiled and nodded:
-Thank you.
y/n left the office and sat in her desk next to the door. Right now, she was helping Nicole Chalamet on her duties as a lawyer so she could learn about the business and maybe be in a position similar to hers in a year, as she also studied law. She decided to check the emails when the phone rang:
-Hello, Mrs. Chalamet's office, y/n speaking. How can I help you?
-Um... Hi, is Nic- I mean, Mrs. Chalamet in?
-She is but unfortunately she's on a meeting at the moment but you could leave a message if you'd like to.
-Sure, erm... -y/n took a pen and a post-it note.- Could you ask her what was the recipe for the cinnamon rolls?
-I'm sorry?
-Just... -The man sighed on the other line.- Just tell her to give me a call.
-No! I'm sorry, I didn't mean to yell, I just couldn't hear you, I'm sorry. Could you repeat? Recipe for...
-Cinnamon rolls.
-Hm... Do you mind if I give you a suggestion?
-Sure, go ahead.
-If you are in a hurry I can give you my recipe. I know they take long and you may needc them soon.
-Your name was y/n, right?
-Yes.
-I'm Timothée, Nicole's son.
Oh, shit. Timothée, Nicole's son who was handsome as fuck. Not that she knew him but she saw the pictures Nicole had on her Facebook page:
-If you could give me that recipe I would be so grateful. It's my dad birthday tomorrow and he loves them.
-Sure! Take note of everything, there are some important steps. The ingredients are...

y/n took the elevator and pressed the number 7. After nearly talking with Timothée for nearly an hour she felt... different in some kind of way. After giving him the recipe thay talked about work, hobbies and music. The boy had a great music taste but there were things that made everything complicated, the most important: He was Nicole's son and she's never seen him (but she clearly felt heart beating fast when they were talking):
-Good morning y/n.
-Morning Nicole. Do you need anything?
-Oh, don't worry sweetheart, just check the email, I told May to send you some information that I would like you to check out. -As soon as she was about to enter her office, she turned back.- Also, there is someone coming at lunch so please, let me know when they arrive.
-Sure.
y/n spent her morning reading those documents and taking notes until lunch time came. She opened her bento box and started eating her salad when she heard the elevator door open:
-Hi.
y/n looked up. Timothée was right in front of her:
-Hi.
-You have... You have tomato on your face.
"Way to go, y/n". She cleaned her face and smiled:
-Sorry...
Timothée smiled:
-I'm Timothée. I brought my mom some food.
-I know. I recognized your voice... And I guess that's kind of creepy. Sorry. I'll let your mom know you are here.
-It's not creepy, it's actually cute. -y/n looked at him and blushed.- By the way, the recipe was amazing, you were right about leaving the dough for two hours instead of one, it's fluffier. I even brought you one.
-Oh, you didn't have to. -Timothée took a small box from the bag he was carrying and gave it to y/n.- You're too kind.
They looked at each other, smiling widely:
-I'm going to call your mom.

y/n knocked on the door and opened it:
-Yes, Nicole?
-Sit down, please.
y/n was confused as to why Nicole asked her to come into her office when Timothée was still there. She sat down in the chair next to Timothée's:
-Did I do some-?
-Do you kn ow that my son in single?
-Mom!
-I didn't. I'm sorry.
-What do you think of him?
-I...I don't know him at all. I only talked on the phone with him yesterday while you were on the meeting, Mrs. Chalamet.
-Mom, stop.
-If I've done something wrong I'm so sorry Mrs. Chalamet, I didn't mean to step any boundaries.
-y/n, I'm trying to set you up with my son.
Timothée groaned and rolled his eyes, covering his face:
-He thinks you're cute and I'm sure he'll ask you properly on a date but what I'm trying to say is that if you like him or want to give it a try, I'm okay with it.
-y/n -Timothée said.- you don't have to do it if you don't wa-
-I would love to.
Nicole clapped her hands and smiled:
-I'm going to get some coffee while you two talk.
Nicole left the room and Timothée looked at y/n:
-I guess we need to make this right. -y/n giggled and looked at him.- Hello, I'm Timothée.
-Hi, I'm y/n.
-I just wanted to tell you that I saw you outside my mom's office and I think you're cute and also that your cinnamon rolls recipe is so good that I wouldn't mind spending some time with you to bake them so... I was wondering if you would like to go on a date with me?
-Well, I would love to go on a date with you and if everything goes alright, bake some cinnamon rolls with you.
Thank you Nicole.
