My eyes widened violently when I saw the gun. I started shaking and breathing heavily. "Luke please, don't do it!" I panted, a tear rolling down my cheek when he pointed it at my head.
"Say it. Say you love me, Izzi. SAY IT!" He yelled.
"Luke, stop!" I sobbed.
"I swear I'll shoot. It's now or ever, Izzi!" He clicked a bullet in place and put his finger on the trigger.
"Luke! I love you, I love you, okay? Please, I love you!" I shook uncontrollably, panic taking me over.
Luke himself started panting and sweating. Somehow, when I looked into his baby blue eyes, I could see regret. He threw the gun onto the floor and his eyes watered. He crawled onto the bed, untying me. I scrambled across to the other side of the bed, but he hugged me and held me tight.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry baby. I'm so sorry! Please forgive me," he sobbed.
I stayed silent, so he just laid us both down and fell asleep
