Chapter 2

Gemma, Tinsley, the kids, and all of SAMCRO stood outside the gates of Stockton waiting for Jax. Tinsley's stomach was in knots with anticipation. Fifteen months. Fifteen long months with out hugging him. Fifteen long months of not kissing him.

"What's taking so long?" Asked Tinsley as she began to fidget.

"He's coming baby. Just give him time" said Gemma.

"But I've waited..." started Tinsley.

"There he is!" Yelled Clay.

And she eneough, there was Jax, walking towards the gates. Tinsley's heart began to race. Before she realized what she was doing, she was running for the gates, ready to jump Jax as soon as he was clear.

Jax must have been feeling the same way because he took off running too. Tinsley reached the gates before Jax did, and was just before climbing them when the guard started to open them. Tinsley stood frozen in places, waiting for Jax to come through the gate. And when he finally did, she went straight into his arms, wrapped then around his neck and jumped up on him, kissing him with everything she had in her.

"Then let's go." Said Jax.

There was a new guy though. He had patched in about 5 months ago.

"Kozik! Good to see you are SAMCRO now" said Jax.

"Glad to be SAMCRO brother" said Kozik.

After all the guys had their turn, Jax grabbed Tinsley buy the hand and walked toward his mom and the kids. Gemma drew him into a hug, and just held him there. Tinsley saw the moisture in Gemma's eyes. She knew these past 15 months had been hard on Gemma. She had seen the looks Gemma tried to hide but was never successful. She had missed her son.

"Ok, mom. That's enough" said Jax as he pried her arms from around her neck.

"I've miss you baby boy" said Gemma.

"I've missed you too mom." Said Jax.

Tinsley knelt down and lifted Thomas from his car seat.

"You ready to see the kids. I think they missed you" said Tinsley.

And sure enough, Abel, Gracie, Lizzie, and Jagger all ran towards Jax, tackling him to the ground in the excitement.

Tinsley looked down at Jax, laid on the ground, with a pile of kids on his chest. He had the biggest smile on his face and if her eyes weren't playing tricks on her, he was crying. Her big bad biker was crying. And that just caused Tinsley to cry too.

When Jax was finally able to get the kids off of him so he could sit up, he stood and grabbed Thomas from Tinsley. He hadn't seen Thomas since the day he stabbed Declan O'Connor and at the time, Thomas was only a month old.

"He's gotten so big. They all got so big" said Jax.

Jax leaned forward and placed a kiss tenderly on Tinsleys lips. He had missed so much in those past months. But they had all the time in the world to make up for that now.

"I know you guys are happy to see me and all, but if you don't mind, I'd rather get out of this shit hole." Said Jax.

"Let's roll" said Clay.

All the guys walked towards their bikes while Tinsley and Jax helped get the kids in the car.

"You guys go have fun. But don't stay too long. We have a big welcome home party planned for you Jackson." Said Gemma .

"We won't be gone long. I've got 15 months to make up to my kids. Just give me a couple hours and we'll meet you at the club house" said Jax.

"Ok. Oh, and Neeta and Fay are going to keep the kids tonight at their house just to give you guys a little more alone time. You can start making up those missing months to the kids tomorrow baby boy" said Gemma.

"Mom..." started Jax.

"No arguments" said Gemma.

"Yeah, no arguments" said Tinsley as grabbed his balls and gently massaged.

"Go. I got the kids. See you both in a couple hours." Said Gemma.
