Josuke jolted awake with an audible huff, followed by the boy frantically glancing around, before plopping his head back down on his pillow.

All he could picture in his head was Okuyasu's loving gaze from what he'd just dreamt.

The room was dark, a faded beam of moonlight shone through his window. Coral-colored lights lit the streets outside.

He softly grunted, with both frustration and rejuvenation.

"Holy shit. I did not just.." He whispered, feeling a tiny pool of sweat underneath him. He felt extremely warm, similar to how he felt when he had read the manga with Okuyasu.

"What am I going to do..?" Josuke whispered to himself, his hand trailing down his chest.

He felt tipsy, but he was not drunk.

Josuke flipped himself over to face Okuyasu's back.

So... cute. Josuke bit his lip, softly placing a hand on Okuyasu. He hesitated for a moment, before scooting closer to him, wrapping his arms around Okuyasu in a cozy embrace.

It just felt unreal, like he was in a dream. His mind wanting and visualizing getting closer to Okuyasu. To feel him more. It made Josuke feel wrong, but at the same time, antsy, and comfortable.

He could feel the weight of Okuyasu's gentle breaths, a hoarse ambiance playing from deep in his throat. God.. fuck, this feels so weird. What am I doing? Josuke questioned in cerebration, his eyebrows furrowing. Soon after, his eyelids gave in with a relaxed shutter. He felt himself go weightless as he grew tired. I like him. I like Okuyasu.. Josuke sighed, having coming terms with the thought he felt was messing with his head.

"Better get the boys up." Ms. Higashikata said with a sigh, walking toward the staircase as soft, morning sunshine reigned in from the glass windows.

Upon arriving at the door, she gave it a hearty knock.

Silence.

After pausing for a moment, she let herself in.

She found Okuyasu and Josuke, both asleep. Josuke was spooning Okuyasu. Tomoko opened her mouth a bit, but decided not to say anything. She nodded, not wanting to 'interrupt' them, so she left.

After a few minutes, Okuyasu opened his eyes. Almost immediately, he felt the weight of arms around his chest, and warmth on his back. Instantly, it clicked that it was Josuke. Okuyasu's face went a bit red with confusion. He was weirdly flattered, thinking that it was kind of Josuke to hug him while he slept. Though, he couldn't put his finger to it. This feeling it gave him to have Josuke embrace him in such a close and personal manner. He wanted to get closer.

I can't shake the feeling, but there's something I'm exxperiencing right now.. it's just so weird. Okuyasu let out a stropped sigh.

He gently rolled over, giving in as he lay eye-to-eye with his best friend. In a shaky, lovestruck tremble, he reached to caress Josuke.

"Okuyasu?"

"AH! Josuke!" Okuyasu yelped, lifting himself to sit up. "Ah.. haha. Hey- You're awake..?"

Josuke was confused. He felt embarrassed for falling asleep with his arms around Okuyasu. Josuke paused. Thinking of what to say. Something like.. "Were you cuddling me...?" (along those lines,) but he didn't want to sound like he didn't enjoy it. From the moment he opened his eyes, Josuke had felt Okuyasu and felt a bit excited. Though, he decided to say it nontheless.

"Were you.. hugging me.. or something? Like a cuddle?" Josuke felt his cheeks reach a beet red.
