Time passed , Laurent became aloof because of what he did inside Euphemia's classroom . But it never stopped him on spying because he knew that Nicolai is not a good guy , or should we say , he is not actually the guy everyone thought . He is someone that makes him insane especially he is with Euphemia .
He treasures Euphemia a lot , not because he likes her . Also because he swore that he will protect her after the incident two hundred years ago .
While on the other side , Euphemia is now beginning to enjoy other's company . But it also gives her uneasiness because Nicolai turns so weird sometimes . And to the fact na kahit magkakasama silang tatlo nila Laurent , para namang nakikipag usap sya sa dalawang mundo dahil ayaw talaga ni Laurent kay Nicolai . Manhid na kung manhid pero ang tanging kagustuhan nya lamang ay ang magkasundo ang dalawang lalaki .
"Anong gusto nyong kainin ?" tanong ni Euphemia sa dalawang lalaki ng makarating sila sa School Cafe ng eskwelahan .
"Caramel Frapuccino please ." sagot ni Nicolai .
Nginitian nya ito . She turned to face Laurent pero nakahalukipkip itong nakanguso sa isang tabi . "You know what I want Euphemia ." >3< he said while pouting .
Mahinang humagikhik si Euphemia sa itsura ng matalik na kaibigan . "Chocolate parfait with strawberry glaze . Copy that !" she said then wink .
"Two Chocolate parfait with strawberry glaze , one Caramel Frapuccino and a large fries please ." order nya sa counter .
Habang naghihintay sa order , something snapped to Euphemia's mind . "Oo nga pala , aalis pa kami nila Mama at Papa for two weeks to Oracle City . Kaya magpapakabait kayo ha ?" sabi ni Euphemia .
Nicolai smiled and Laurent made a frown .
'Oracle City ? Do destiny making a way para di kita makasama ?' sa isip nya at walang anu ano'y napabuntong hininga ito . He can't afford losing of sight sa babaeng ito . Lalo na ngayon na may demonyong umaaligid .
"I will have an out of the country business trip sa Europe . Kaya mag iingat ka ." sabi nya .
"What a coincidence ! I will be going home to France . We may be a travelling buddy !" masiglang sabat ni Nicolai .
"I am not travelling , idiot . It's a business .." Laurent replied .
"It's the same . I am so happy that I will be with you in Europe !!" tumayo ito at itinaas ang dalawang kamay .
"Here's your --" nasagi ni Nicolai ang tray na puno ng drinks .
Matatapon ito kay Euphemia !!
Parang bumagal ang oras . Laurent used his ability . He catched the cups and he catched every thing . The Caramel Frapuccino and the Parfait . Ganun din ang fries .
"Huh ?" nagtataka ang service crew kasi parang walang nangyari .
Nangalumbaba lang si Laurent while eating his parfait . Euphemia is eating her fries while eating her parfait at the same time . While Nicolai , is looking at his drink with amazement dahil wala man lang nangyari o nagulo sa mga presentations ng mga ito .
Laurent smirked . 'What a troublesome creature .' sa isip nta habang nakatingin sa namamanghang lalaki .
'You really amazed me , Rere ..' Euphemia thought .
'Yeah , I know you really do .' Laurent replied .
