"Jeongie? Do you want to get coffee after this?" Taehee whispered, nudging the girl beside her. The two were peacefully studying in the university library since their midterms are coming up. Siyeon, like usual, still had class later than the two therefore she couldn't join them. Despite that, she knew about what Seonghwa, Hongjoong and Taehee had planned for later.

The said three young adults met up last week to come up with a plan which they called 'Operation Get Jeonghwa Back'. Today, the operation day, was finally happening after much careful planning and investigating for proof.

When the three — more like two since Seonghwa couldn't bare listening to his voice saying nasty words he didn't mean — were replaying the video, Taehee's attentive ears heard just the exact evidence they were looking for. It was the most subtle sound of paper, supporting Seonghwa's explanation of Hanae forcing him to read off of a notebook.

Seonghwa thanked his tipsy, almost-unconscious side for making the slightest bit of sound only heard in the quietest room.

"Yeah, sounds nice. What about Yeon?"

"She declined saying she still has a class."

Jeonghwa's legs shook as she impatiently waited for Taehee. She took out her phone and heaved an exasperated sigh, it's already been 15 minutes.

"Seonghwa, what the hell?! Go, this is your chance! It's only Jeonghwa, she won't hit you like what Siyeon did." Taehee whisper-shouted, the two boys beside her. The three were observing Jeonghwa from a few tables away and saw how restless she was getting every second that passes.

"S-Sorry,"

"Take your chance before she stands up and leaves, she's doesn't like to wait."

"You can do it!" Hongjoong patted the lad's back before slightly pushing him towards Jeonghwa's table when he stood up.

"Um, hi." Seonghwa's voice came out smaller than he expected.

"What?" All the pain came rushing back the moment she heard the voice, her own cracking a bit.

"May we talk? I really want to explain."

"O-Only if you buy me coffee,"

Seonghwa smiled, his mouth forming a slight curve on the side of his mouth. Jeonghwa despises awkward tension so it was natural of her to say something that would lighten up the situation.

Once the coffee arrived and they have settled down, the lad's tenseness came back. He parted from reality as he drowned in the many question that roamed his mind rent-free.

"Seonghwa. You're doubting yourself again. I'll listen and try to understand your explanation." The lass wore an expression of worry; both because of what he was going to say and how he was acting at the moment.

The encouragement Jeonghwa gave him was all that was needed for him to spill everything. And so he began, "It started when the three of you went to the restroom...." Seonghwa explained how Hanae gave him a drink, brought him to a room, and coaxed him to say false words that would hurt Jeonghwa. Recalling the night, he realized how stupid he was in the first place for trusting Hanae and even more, take a drink from her.

Jeonghwa listened patiently, her own blood boiling as it took everything in her not to cause a scene in the café. What an arse Hanae is.

"I don't expect you to believe those words alone so I have found the tiniest proof that could support everything that I said." The boy brought out his phone along with earphones, plugging it in and preparing to play the audio recording. "Everything I said was off of a paper Hanae gave me. If you listen closely, you'll hear crinkling paper."

While all of this was happening, the two love advisers, Hongjoong and Taehee, were at another table out of Jeonghwa's line of sight as they discreetly watched the conversation occur. Hongjoong gave the girl a small thumbs up, Taehee etching a proud smile on her face while returning it.

Yet again the sun shone brilliantly, it was a beautiful day and Seonghwa could finally enjoy it like he used to.

As if the day could get any more pleasant, Jeonghwa, whom he finally made up with, asked if they could hangout since both had nothing better to do.

"Hwa?" The lass faced the boy, her eyes piercing into his own.

"Hm?" He answered, taking a big scoop of his strawberry ice cream before putting it into his mouth. "Stop staring at me, it's making me shy." The two chuckled.

"Sorry, I just like seeing my own reflection in your pretty eyes."

Seonghwa gasped teasingly, "You think my eyes are pretty?" He widened them.

"Stop! Your ice cream will melt!"

"Worry about your so-called ice cream first before mine. Yours looks like soup!" They laughed as if there was no tomorrow, it wasn't even that funny. They just wanted to make up for the lost time they spent apart after the hurtful incident. Jeonghwa almost forgot how fun Seonghwa is to be with.

The lass held her stomach as it hurt from giggling too much, sighing as she calmed down. "On a serious note, I know we just made up a few days ago but I hope you understand I'm still not ready."

Seonghwa frowned, this time it was his turn to stare into her eyes. "I will wait until the end of the world for you. Do not forget that."

She looked away with wide eyes, "D-Don't say stuff like that it makes me feel weird inside and makes me tear up."

"Is that so? Prepare lots of tissue on our wedding day then, I'm going to remind you of how special you are the whole day and make you cry another river of tears." His heartwarming laugh sounded through her ears.

"Hey! We aren't even dating yet!" Jeonghwa hit him playfully, attempting to hide her flustered state along with the weird feeling of ballerinas dancing inside her stomach.
