"Ugh... it's so freaking cold! Damn winter." I muttered to myself as I walked my way to school.

While walking, I glanced at my watch.

then I saw an orange haired boy behind me. My inner self smiled widely and at the same time, trying my best to conceal the excitement he gives to me every single morning.

"Kageyamaaaaaaaa!~" Hinata yelled enthusiastically. I looked at him with bored eyes and I patted his shoulder.

"Wha?" He asked. I grinned and begun to sprint fast away from him.

"Oi! You cheater... Kageyamaaaaa~" I can't hold back and smiled when I'm sure he can't see me anymore.

This is our everyday routine. Racing against each other to school, tiring ourselves up then start volleyball practice all weary.

I started to slow down as soon as I can't hear Hinata's complaints. Of course, I will wait for him then intentionally, I'm going to let him win.

You know, if you love a person... you'll gonna do almost anything for him to notice you, to make him smile and happy ーand maybe I'm not look like it but I actually just an idiot who fell inlove with the king of idiocy. Wow, we sound like we're perfectly suited for each other.

"What happened KING? Already tired? Lose again? Wahaha" That shorty said, mockingly. I pop a vein into my head and he sweatdrop and started to overtook my pace.

DAMN! WHY DO HE NEED TO BE SO FREAKING CUTE!?

As I arrived at the school, going straight to a particular placeーthe gym I saw Hinata greet our teammates and seeing as they all are changed into the jersey, he went to the locker room.

I stepped inside and tsukishima already noticed me and gave me a 'ruin-my-day-greet'

"Oh, THE KING IS HERE, AS USUAL LOOKING TIRED LIKE THE SHRIMP." The blondie said but I just ignored him.

"Tsukki." Followed by Yamaguchi's warning.

I give my 'good mornings' to the senpai and others while making my into the locker room.

"Oi!" I said with a tone of annoyance. The ginger turn his head to me and his eyes sparks like what he always do when he need a favor from me.

"What?" My gaze turn to his shoes who still left untied. I clicked my tongue but still put my bag down and got to my knees to tie this idiot's shoe lace.

"What a brat! You didn't even know how to tie a shoe lace? Are you really an Idiot?" I said as I finished tying both.

"It's a hassle and besides you always do it for me so why learn how to do it anyway." He said, stubbornly.

I take off my shirt and face to him. "You're so stupid. We can't be always together, Hinata. Besides, I. AM. NOT. YOUR. FREAKING. BUTLER." I said. As I give emphasis with the last words I take a step forward, making Hinata back away in the lockers.

His face begun to turn red as he realize what position we are having now.

And me? I'm freaking nervous but I mastered the art of concealing, just so you know.

"Hey!" "Uhm" We said in the same time.

"Ah... hey, where's my prize?" He asked just to cut the awkwardness. I still didn't get away from him, I can't move.

"Huh? What prize?" I leaned forward, making Hinata blush more.

"W-well, I won our race, right?"

"AH! That. Here." I said the close our gap and let my lips touch his.

Hinata's lips were small and soft and sweet and plump and I can't even think of other adjective to describe the hell out of it!

Wait! What the fuck? I'm kissing HINATA SHOUYO? The hell!

I quickly pull away. I closed my eyes then slam my head to the lockers and you will hear the metallic sound of it clunk.

My hearing got alerted as a soft sigh was escaped by Hinata. I swear before I closed my eyes I saw Hinata's wide eyes and extremely red face.

"I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to..." I force the words to let out my mouth as if my mouth is soared and dried up.

I heard a gasp and a door been shutted up. OH FUCK! He's angry. Wait, I didn't once saw Hinata angry.

Fuckkkk! Am I the first that made him angry? Damn it!

I quickly changed in my uniform and ran outside the locker room. The whole team shifted their gaze at me from Hinata who's still blushing madly.

"Oi! Kageyama, what did you do to Shouyo?" Nishinoya-senpai reached for me.

"W-wait, Iー"

"Enough. We need to start practice, pick a stretching partner." Captain Daichi announced as he looked at Suga-senpai, like saying something.

I made my way to Hinata only to be blocked by Nishinoya-senpai.

"Shouyo, wanna be my partner?" I cursed mentally, Hinata's been my partner since start.

I sigh then someone patted my back gently. "Come on, let's be partner. Noya abandoned me." Asahi-san said with a kind smile.

The whole stretching minutes, Hinata evade my look. Damn, this can't be! I'm on my limit! I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE!

"OK! OK! LET'S START!" And captain interrupted ME AGAIN!!!

"So I've decided to make two teams where you will fight to one another, let's get this on." Daichi-san said and shot a smile to his boyfriend, suga-senpai.

Even though they didn't announced it, almost all of us know.

'And unlike me,

I walked to my position as the first server, looking at Hinata straightly as I dribble the ball then take a deep breath while holding it close to my face.

I will bravely announce my love for Him, for Hinata Shouyo.'

"Shouyo!" Everyone is surprised, me suddenly calling Hinata by his first name.

While my heart starts to beat fast and my whole being was like being electrified in a tingling way I shouted proudly,

"I Challenge You, If I win this battle you'll be mine whether you like it or not."

And after that I served the ball with my hands sweaty as fuck!

What surprised me is the deafening silence only to be broke by the ball hitting the ground flatly.

"Hiー"

"No need to win this battle." He said like his not himself... so weakly and sad. Did I do this to him? There's a shot of pain in my heart and I tear started to fell down.

"Because you've won since the start." I started to get confused but then he spoke again with tears in his eyes.

"I, I surrender, You win."
