It's a Bughead oneshot. Jughead and Betty is not yet a couple in here and Betty does not live in Riverdale.

"Mom, you're unbelievable. All my life, I listened to you. Can I, atleast just for once decide for myself" Betty cried to her Mom but Alice just ignored her. Betty walk to her room crying. She's so sick of her controlling mother. So she decides to run away. She grabs her backpack and put her cellphone, wallet, few pair of clothes and her savings on it. Betty jump in her room window so Alice wouldn't see her. She let her feet take her anywhere.

After hours of walking, She's lost. Wow, Nice Betty. Run Away without a plan. All the anger she's feeling a while ago has turn into sadness and fear. She's in a place she doesn't even know with just a pair of clothes, cellphone, a little amount of money and her lost soul. All she can do right now is to cry until she saw a diner, Pop's chock'lit shoppe. But, little did she know that there's a man who's watching her cry from inside the diner and is having second thoughts about helping her or not. So, the man have decided to wait for her to come inside the diner and that's when he will make his move. After making herself look presentable and removed the tears that have stained her face, Betty have decided to go inside.
"Uhm! May I ask what's your specialty here" Betty ask the man who ages about sixty years old.
"Milkshakes and Burgers" the man replied smiling.
"Can I have one?" "Ofcourse" but when Betty saw the Price list, she realized that her money's not enough.
"Here's your order, kid" the man said with milkshake and burger in his hands.
"Uhm! Sorry, I don't know that my money's not enough until I saw the"
"What a coincidence. Milkshakes and Burgers are my favorites." A man just pop out of nowhere, interrupting her. He's good looking huh! And his body is so manly.
"I'll take this Pops" the good looking man said to a man named Pops. "Thank You!" Betty said blushing. "My name's Jughead Jones" the man said. "Jughead? Such a unique name. By the way, I'm Elizabeth. And thank you again" Betty replied laughing. "Jughead's just a nickname. You're name is beautiful, it suits you."
"Thank You!" Betty replied blushing.
"Can you please stop thanking me. By the way, if you has nowhere to go, I can help you"
"Thank.... I mean Ok, fine."
Jughead and Betty ride the motorcycle.

Jughead brings Betty to Riverdale's Lake. Good thing, only Jughead and his friends knew this place. "It's so beautiful here, Jughead" Betty said admiring the scenery. "Glad, you like it. Actually, I wanted to invite you to my house but I'm scared you might get the wrong idea of me so, instead I bring you here. We can sleep here, only me and my friends know this place so it's safe." Betty was so grateful that she met Jughead. Atleast now, it feels safe. Betty slowly removes her clothes, leaving only her underwear. Jughead's jaw dropped at the sight of Betty. She's so sexy. Betty jumped into the water and Jughead, still admiring her body. "You're just gonna look at me or what?" Betty snap him out of his daydream. Then, Jughead also join Betty in the water.
The night has come. Betty and Jughead just sit next to each other looking up at the sky, watching the stars. "Hey! Betty, You know, you can talk to me about your problems. They said that strangers are the best person you can talk about with your problems because they don't know you." Jughead said while still looking at the sky.
"Why would you think that I have a problem?"
"Because no one's a run away without a reason"
After that there were a moment of silence, again.
"I had a fight with my Mom." And now, they were both looking at each others eyes.
"She's so controlling and I can't handle that anymore, So, I decided to leave our house without thinking what will happen to me. What will I have to face outside of my comfort zone. Then, I got lost and that's when I realized that running away is not a solution. I'm so scared because I'm in a place I don't even know and I have nothing. Only a pair of clothes, my cellphone and a little amount of money. I don't even have something I can use to protect myself. But, Thank God I found you. And now I felt relieved and safe beacuse I know I have someone like you to protect me. Thank You. It is a beautiful coincidence to met you" Betty is now crying beacuse of hapiness and gratitude towards the man. While Jughead is so touched by what she just have said.
They just stared at each other and let silence take the lead. Until Betty has finally fallen into a deep sleep and Jughead just staring at her, admiring her beauty and feeling grateful that she entered that diner.
"It's not a coincidence, I'm waiting for you."
Jughead said in the air before he falls into a deep sleep too.
