" Lemme see, lemme see!" Brian squealed and tugged the paper out if my hands.
I never actually thought that I would receive notes like these. I'm just the kind if person who wants to go with the crowd, I have no intentions of being unique or getting noticed by anyone. So getting two notes like this is something pretty out of the blue for me.
Letting Brian take a peek at the note, I smiled, I kinda liked this guy. I also made a mental note to chat to Bronte and Mia about this situation.
Most of the maths class was spent examining the class, maybe wondering who could be the sender. Brian moved to sit next to me and we secretly discussed who's who in the class. In a way, Brian reminds me of Mia.
I made a mental note to introduce them to each other as well. There were three potential senders in this class, Matt, the school band leader, Geoff, a member of the mathletes, and Liam, a lonely gothic guy. That is ... quite a selection I thought after Brian listed down each one.
"Don't worry babe, this is 76% chance of being wrong." Brian stated examining my face, I guess he could read whatever expression was showing.
"Tilly MacDonald and Brian Grenard Deloux, would you like to share your conversation with the class?."
My attention was snapped from the sheet of paper that lay in my now sweaty hands to Mrs Smith.
Panic now replaced my previous emotion of curiousity as I glanced nervously at Brian for assistance. His eyes held a look of I'm-too-young-to-die-so-I'm -going-to-do-something-stupid look.
And he did.
He stood up from his desk and blurted out the whole situation in one sentence. And then he ran out of the classroom in a fit off nervous giggles, but not before he screaming "I GOTTA PEE!" At the top of his lungs and leaving me just sitting there red-faced and twiddling my thumbs uncontrollably.
