Bully ~ Theo Raeken

2: Working At Home.

ALTHEA'S P.O.V.

I was heading out to my car when I heard some footsteps approaching fast from behind me. I quickly turned around and put my hand on their chest before throwing them down to the floor, I then realised it was Theo, "Woah, woah, woah...It's me!" He said. "Why are you following me?" I asked him. "Because we need to talk about this properly." He groaned. "I don't care." I sighed. "This project isn't gonna happen unless we work together." He groaned. I groaned before putting my head back and staring up at the sky, "Ugh, fine! Come by my place at seven." I groaned. "Do you still live where you always have?" He asked. "Yes. My dad left the house to me in his will." I replied before turning on my heel and getting into my car. 

I began starting the car up as Angie and Kaia climbed into the back, "Give us a lift, Thea." They smiled cheekily. I rolled my eyes before beginning to drive, "Why were you talking to Raeken?" Angie asked me. "Biology project." I sighed. "Oh, that one." Angie groaned. I sighed slightly before parking up at Stilinski's house, "Here you go guys." I smiled. I knew Kaia would be going to see Stiles as they're dating and Angie lives there anyways as she's his sister. They both climbed out of the car and began heading into the house as I waved bye to then before continuing the drive home.

I parked up at the house just in time to see Scott parking up next door, he was my neighbour. We'd been good friends ever since we were kids. I waved to him before heading into the house. I dropped my bag in the hall before dropping my keys on the table and heading towards the kitchen to make a sandwich; peanut butter and jelly to be precise. I ate before heading upstairs and beginning to tidy the house, the girls had been round yesterday and it was a bit of a mess. 

It was three hours later when I finally finished tidying the mess up, the house was now clean from top to bottom. That was when I heard a knock on the door, I headed over and pulled it open to see Theo standing on my porch. "Hey Thea." He smiled. "It Althea." I corrected him. "Come in." I added hesitantly. He nodded and followed me into the house. "So, where are we studying?" He asked me. "My fathers office will probably be the best place." I replied as I began heading up the stairs and towards the office room. I slid the glass door across to reveal a maroon painted room, the wall was lined with bookshelves. A couch sat against the back wall, the window ledge was lined with cushions, pictures of me and my father when I was young hung on the walls alone with one of just me when I was three on his desk. On his desk was also a laptop, under the desk held a tray full of guns, all with wolf's bane laced bullets. My father knew about the strange happenings in this town. On both sides of the desk were chairs. One in front of the desk and one behind it. 

"Wow." I heard from behind me as we entered the room. "Yeah." I replied as I headed over and sat behind the desk. "What did your dad do?" He asked me. "He was the sheriff." I shrugged. "Before uncle Noah took over." I added. He nodded as I gestured to the seat in front of the desk, he sat down as I began looking at the books on the shelves, trying to find the right textbook for our project. 

THEO'S P.O.V.

I watched her as she looked around the shelves, that was until she saw a missing space. "Crap." She groaned. "I took the book to school with me. Wait here, it'll be in my bag." She told me before leaving the room. I watched her go before standing up and beginning to examine the pictures on the wall. She was such a cute little girl, I've no idea why I bullied her back in fourth grade. "Where is it?" I heard her groaning. My werewolf hearing was good. "Where the hell is it?" She groaned to herself again. 

That was when I heard a knock at the door, I headed towards the window of the office to see Scott standing on the porch as Althea answered the door. "Oh, hey Scott. How you doing?" She asked. "Hey, did I see Theo Raeken come in here?" He asked. "Uh, yeah." She nodded. "So... You trust him?" He asked. "I barely know the guy to be honest. I can't stand him but I have to get this project done." I shrugged. "Well, I thought I'd let you know that Stiles saw him before I did so I think he's headed home, which means you're probably gonna get a call or visit from him and the girls." He told her. She nodded, "Thanks for the pre-warning but you can call off the dogs, I can handle the likes of Theo Raeken." She replied. "Listen, I have to get back to the project so I'll see you later Scott." She added quickly. "Okay, see you." He smiled before walking away. I heard the door close before hearing her say "Ah, found it!" before coming back up the stairs.
