chapter 4 [ thinking ]

Kokichi's POV

What he had said got stuck in my head the whole way home. I was thinking of it so much that I didn't realize that Amami was trying to talk to me.

" Ouma. Ouma. Ouma!"

"Huh what?"

"You were zoning out while I was talking to you. What's on your mind?" The way he asked me reminded me of a therapist for some reason.

" Oh I was just thinking about earlier. I didn't think you would be that nice." This state made him him smile. Such a nice smile that could brighten up anyone's day.

"Well, I was just being genuine, Ouma. It's just how I am."

Genuine. That word is great. You can use it for many things. But the one thing it doesn't do is describe me.

No, I shouldn't think these things around Amami, it would make me look sad.

I start to actually lay attention to my walking and I see we are at my house.

"Oh, this is my stop. I will see you tomorrow, Amami!" I turn and walk into the house.

 My house isn't all that grand, but it's still livable. I don't have any relatives nearby so I am lonely.

I walk to my room and change into some more comfortable clothes than the uniform. I sit down on my bed and sigh.

Amami.. He is so kind to me. I have never met anyone like him. I wonder why I can't stop thinking about him.

I grab my phone and go onto Instagram looking through my home page and next thing I knew, it was night already. Well, atleast tomorrow is Friday. I turn off my phone and go to sleep.

PROCRASTINATION SUCKS HHH

Sorry for taking so long with this really short piece! I had started on it 3 days ago and everytime I had tried to finish it I just got so unmotivated and went to youtube. So oof

Also, Thank y'all so much for 100+ reads!! I can't believe it! I hope I can get a better chapter out soon but I am super excited! At the time of writing this ( may 9th ) it's only 5 days until my birthday!
