Chapter 9- Comfort

Saki started to think of funny things to make her happy so she wouldn't cry in front of them. It didn't work though she started to cry but continued smiling. 

"He's not my dad! He'll never be my dad!" The lie detector went off and she started to cry even more.

"Saki, it's fine, you can't control who your father is." I shook my head.

"T-That's not why i'm upset, I-I love him! After all the things hes done to so many innocent people I still love him! I'm a horrible person!"

-All Might's POV-

"After all the things hes done to so many innocent people I still love him! I'm a horrible person!" I know I should be asking her more questions but with the mental state she's in it feels wrong. I need to calm her down first.

"No your not." I say as she looks up at me.

"Do you really think that?" She said it that in a tone like what I just said was something crazy.

"Yes, you have to love him. Hes your family, I'd be surprised if you didn't. Your not a horrible person just because you love your father." She stopped crying and just sniffled every now and then. The room was filled with silence, I was about to ask her another question but she asked one for him.

"Do you think...I could change him?" The question surprised me, it also told me that she was way more innocent than what I thought. And because of that he didn't want to hurt her feelings.

"...Maybe?" The lie detector went off and she sighed.

"That's what I thought." She leaned back in her chair and closed her eyes. 

"Do...you know what you were doing behind the building with them?"  She nodded and opened her eyes again. 

"They were helping me train, I needed work on my speed, I can easily do it without my quirk but I wanna learn to be fast without my quirk." 

-Saki's POV-

All Might then made a confused face after I told him that. 

"Why would they want to help you become a hero? They're villains." I tilted my head a little and said.

"I don't know I've always been kind of confused why they would help me when I wanna become a hero and stop them from what they do." The lie detector went off and I glared at it.

"I swear I will kill you if you don't stop acting like Endeavor." It didn't go off and I tried to think why they would help me do it.

"I guess it just cause they love me or something." The lie detector didn't go off and I smiled at it.

"You no longer remind me of Endeavor!" I then drop my smile and get worried that Endeavor might be watching us. I use my quirk to look through the glass thing, and sure enough he's watching us.

"Shit! I'm screwed!" I whimper and slam my head on the table.

"Are you okay, Saki?"

"I'm fine." I say back to him and I flinch as the lie detector goes off. "I wish Katsu was here." I whisper under my breath, All Might probably heard me though.
