The next afternoon I came in to work less than eager to get started with the long night. “You look extremely worried.” I turned to look at the manager standing in the door way.

“Well, I guess it’s just been a long day.” I told him feigning a smile.

“I see.” He replied twiddling his thumbs. “You know, Ms. Reignheart? I feel bad letting a nice woman like you work these nights alone.” He said while rubbing the back of his neck.

“D-don’t worry, manager.” I told him. “I’ll be fine.”

“If you say so.” He left the room in somewhat of a hurry and as he did, the phone for this night rang. “Uhh, Hello? Hello? Uh, well, if you're hearing this and you made it to day two, uh, congrats!”

“Thanks.” I said out loud with sarcasm.

“I-I won't talk quite as long this time since Freddy and his friends tend to become more active as the week progresses. Uhh, it might be a good idea to peek at those cameras while I talk just to make sure everyone's in their proper place.”

“Wha-” I began.

“You know... Uh... Interestingly enough, Freddy himself doesn't come off stage very often. I heard he becomes a lot more active in the dark though, so, hey, I guess that's one more reason not to run out of power, right?”

“Eeep..” I fold my legs and arms into my seat. The mere thought of having Freddy rampaging after me was frightening enough! Much worse thinking of my power going out.

“I-I also want to emphasize the importance of using your door lights. There are blind spots in your camera views, and those blind spots happen to be right outside of your doors. So if-if you can’t find something, or someone, on your cameras, be sure to check the door lights. Uh, you might only have a few seconds to react...”

“A.. FEW SECONDS!?” I scream in horror.

“Uh, not that you would be in any danger, of course. I'm not implying that. Also, check on the curtain in Pirate Cove from time to time. The character in there seems unique in that he becomes more active if the cameras remain off for long periods of time. I guess he doesn't like being watched. I don't know. Anyway, I'm sure you have everything under control! Uh, talk to you soon.”

“Wait.. F-f-foxy will come after me too!?” I felt like my safety bars were taken down all in one blow. I shivered in my seat thinking about all four of them ganging up on me. ‘But Foxy didn’t even peek out from his curtain yesterday night.’ I whined to myself. “I really hope he doesn’t come after me too..”

~Chica’s POV~

“Well, I think it’s about time for us to have some fun with the new girl again!” I cooed.

“I’m going to go have a chat with Foxy.” Freddy answered.

“Why is that?” Bonnie question him before he could move.

“I just want to see his input.”

“On what?” I asked batting my lashes.

“You know exactly what I’m talking about Chica.” He laughed and tipped his hat to me as he took off into the darkness.

“It’s about Foxy liking the new security guard.” Bonnie turned to me.

“Oh yeah!” I answered him.

“You forget things so fast.” He face palmed. “Anyways, lets go!”

“Alright! You take the west and I’ll take the east hall!” I cheered with eagerness.

“You’re adorable sometimes Chica.” Bonnie turned his face from me. If I had flesh I’d definitely look like an apple right now.

“Thank you.” I chuckled. “Well, let’s get going now!”

~My POV~

Fidgeting in my chair I kept checking the clock frequently and kept a close eye on Pirate Cove. I was freaked out by the thought of Foxy coming to get me too. Realizing I needed to check the other cameras too I flipped to the stage cam. “Whaaaa! They’re all gone!!” I shrieked. I quickly checked the hall lights. SLAM! I smashed the button on the east side and stared in horror at Chica pressing her face against the window. “No fair! You didn’t even give me a chance to walk through the door!” She whined. “Wha-” I couldn’t speak. That’s NOT in her programing! I shut off the hall light and checked the west side. Bonnie was standing in the way of the door. “Too slow!” He snickers as he reaches out to grab me. I begin to scream at the top of my lungs and throw as many things off my desk in his way. I tried to avoid hitting him because of the ‘These characters hold a special place in the hearts of children and we need to show them a little respect.’ Line from the first night’s phone call. It worked and Bonnie took a few steps back and as soon as he tried to step forward again I jump over my chair and smash the button to close the door and I was saved by sheer luck.

~Freddy’s POV~

I got to Pirate Cove and heard Foxy mumbling from behind the curtain. “Foxy?” I ask as I pull back on the thin barrier. “Cap'n!” He called out in joy.

“Goodness Foxy! I haven’t seen you this happy in years!” I smile.

“Aye! I reckon I’ve found a new reason to be!” He laughed out loud with a sweet aura around him. He raised his hook at me and said, “I believe I found what they call love cap'n! This feelin' in me chest tells me it must be so!” I was dumbfounded, it was like he was put in the workshop and came out with all new parts. He was just like new! “That’s amazing Foxy, I’m happy for you.” I pat him on the back and he lets out a cry of joy, “Yarr-arr-arr!” He looks me in the eye and flips up his eye patch. “I be needin' to see th' lass. I be needin' to meet her formally, cap’n.”

“Then lets go see-” A scream cuts me off and a look of devastation kills Foxy’s warm expression. “Me lassie!” He screeches and takes off running.
