It wasn't her plan to fall in love with the older. They were supposed to be friends - the two of them and felt nothing but friendliness in between. But the stars aligned and create a magical force that drew her attention to hers.

Falling in love with her is an easy task to do. Its divulging it to herself that it happened that's hard. She have had these strong emotions for so long yet her crush didn't even notice. How rude. Yuna could ask why but what's the point anyway? She's not going to return her feelings the way she wanted it to be. And speaking of the devil, her crush is here and her presence alone is enough to send Yuna over the moon.

"Good morning, Shinnayu! You're early today."

She felt the heat rising up to her cheeks when the older looked at her with her adorable smile that she adored most. She snapped her head away, gaze now focused on mopping the floor knowing that she'd get lost if she continued to stare into her eyes. Yuna could feel her eyes fixed on her still, and so she silently inhaled and exhaled to steady her nervousness.

"Hey, good morning. I just feel like coming in early today. You know, mood."

"Oh that's good. You're so diligent. Keep it up!"

There is something in the way she laughed that reminds Yuna of her better self. There is something pure in the way she struggled to do everything right and not messing up like always. She had these creative ideas that brings such allurement and interest to life. Yuna mused to herself, "How is this possible with my heart about to jump out of my chest and being with you alone in this store, who's dangerously close to me? This is so fatuous because you don't even feel the same as I do. Love is a scam. Tch."

"Love is a scam? Now, where's that coming from, Shin Yuna?"

Yuna knew that tensing against her shaking limbs is useless but instinctively do it anyway whilst trying to suppress for a few moments. Busted. Did she heard everything that's said? Oh wait, did she herself even say that out loud? Or is this girl who's now standing in front of her is a mind reader? She didn't even know herself. The silence grew thicker to the point where the only sound heard were the buzzing sound from the refrigerator and the flickering sound from the fluorescent lights hanging above their heads on the ceiling.

"Hey, are you okay? You kinda spaced out a little."

In that split second before their hands clasped together, her every nerve in her body is electrified. The anticipation of being alone together in this store, holding hands in a way that's completely tangible for Yuna to describe. She wished for her other colleague or her boss or any random customer to walk in and save her from this moment but a part of her, deep down in her, wished for this moment to last forever.

"Are you not feeling well? You're so flushed and I weirdly can feel the heat coming from you. Are you feeling feverish?"

"Yes. No. Maybe. I don't know. Bye."

For now, distance is all that matters to her. Yuna ambled past her confused crush but stopped immediately when the hold on her hand grew firmer that twirled her back to face the confused one. The sudden force caused her to lost her balance and eventually fall into the older's arms. Their faces are inches away as they stared into each other's eyes. It was a wonderful moment that she eventually cherished in silence later even if it lasts in a jiffy.

"I did not walked into work to witness a movie scene to be role played by you two."

The older shoved Yuna instantly once she acknowledged Chaeryeong's presence which caused Yuna to fall on her butt first on the floor. "Oh hi, Ryeong." said Lia monotously, trying hard to keep a stoic face and acted as if nothing happened. Yuna picked herself up from the floor and ran over to the kitchen with her mop.

"Cut to the chase, girl. Spill the tea. What was that I just witnessed?"

"Not.. nothing. Yes, nothing."

"Nothing?"

"Yeah, nothing."

"Its interesting how you stammered when you said that and its getting more interesting when I didn't believe you at all but okay whatever you say."

Chaeryeong gave a pat on Lia's shoulder before leaving her dumbfounded and made her way down to the kitchen to see Yuna mopping both her edginess and the dirty floor. As much as she wanted to talk to her about what she just saw earlier, she decided its best not to fuck around with the younger's mind since she's already looking a little bit deranged. At least not today.

"Guys! Do you feel the raging aura in here? I can feel it in my bones that today is going to be great."

Lia leaned onto the door frame with her arms crossed over her chest, exchanging glances with Yuna who's hair is a little bit disheveled with a mop in one hand. They shifted their gaze on Chaeryeong once again, speaking in unison, "What are you talking about?"

"Let's really, and I mean like really REALLY make something new. You know, like an invention of a new recipe and baaam! New menu."

"I don't know, Ryeong. I have a bad feeling about this."

"It's only because you're the one that's gonna get us in trouble, Lia. That's a sign for you."

Yuna snorted hard upon hearing the harsh truth thrown at Lia but suppressed her laughs for her didn't want to make things worse. The latter flashed her middle finger at Chaeryeong with a smug face.

"Okay grannies, I'm down with whatever you guys wanna do. I'm done giving my love to the floor anyway." said Yuna in an enthusiastic tone.

"That's good to know, Yuna because we're about to get lit." replied Chaeryeong with a smirk plastered on her face.

"...Why do I even show up to work today?" whined Lia to herself, probably done with everything that's going on.
