Episode 33: Sneak Attack

Narrator:Takeo is now heading on his way to Ironblood, but he has no idea what's in store for him.

Takeo:"Alright, we're almost there."

Z23:"Uh...commander?"

Takeo:"What's up, Z23?"

Z23:"10 o'clock!"

Takeo:"10 o'clock?"

*Takeo looks to where Z23 said to look, but his ship starts shaking*

Takeo:"What the?!"

Z23:"We've got hostile artillery!"

Javelin:"Their aiming at the commander."

Takeo:"Ugh...where could they be? Z23, you and Ayanami head northwest, and search for the attackers."

Ayanami:"Got it."

Z23:"Roger."

Takeo:"Javelin, you and Laffey are gonna be on guard in case something pops up."

Javelin:"Alright!"

Laffey:"Ok..."

Takeo(mind):I don't really know this ship can survive everything, if this ship doesn't handle the artillery, then I'm gonna have to be carried by Laffey or Javelin.

*The artillery keeps firing at Takeo's ship*

Z23:"Ayanami, do you see anything?"

Ayanami:"No, nothing so far."

Z23:"We can't let Takeo's ship sink here."

Ayanami:"Will it last much longer?"

Z23:"Judging by the impact of that first attack, it won't last too long."

Ayanami:"T-That'll mean..."

Z23:"We need to find whatever is sending that artillery."

*Z23 heats something being fired, and she goes to investigate*

Z23:"No way..."

Ayanami:"Nimi? What's wrong?"

Z23:"I'm going to evacuate to Ironblood, hopefully get someone to help."

Ayanami:"What is happening?"

Z23:"Don't worry, get back to Takeo's ship. He's going to need someone to catch him."

Ayanami:"O-Ok."

*Ayanami heads back to Takeo*

Z23:"Erg...you've done it now, Roon."

*Z23 heads to the Ironblood headquarters, after recording a little video of Roon firing a wave of artillery in Takeo's direction and sending it to someone*

Takeo:"Whoa!"

*Takeo's ship starts leaning over, and a wave of artillery hits the windows, shattering them, and blowing Takeo back*

Takeo:"Ugh!"

Javelin:"Commander!"

*Takeo is on the floor of his ship. Meanwhile, at Ironblood*

Z23:"Hah...I made it."

*Z23 spots the person she sent the message*

Z23:"Mein führer...Please, I ask if your assistance to the commander."

???:"I have received your message. Don't worry, Roon will not take matters into her own hands on my watch."

Z23:"Thank you."
