Rohit woke up after sometime to have a glass of water.
Rohit : This jug is almost empty..
Saying so he called the reception to refill his jug..
After putting the receiver down his eyes fell on Rahul sleeping on the couch with a his head bouncing from left to right and shivering a bit due to the low temperature in the room due to the AC...
Rohit : Ye kab aaya room mein... Bed pe hi sojata... Itna bada bed hai aur bhai sahab ko couch pe apni sar hilate hilate sona hai.. (loudly calling) oye Rahul uth idhar aake bed pe soja.. arey uth naa!!!
Rohit's shouts went into the deaf ears of that person who was in his own dreamland... Rohit was tired of shouting and still not able to wake Rahul..
Rohit : ye Rahul tho mujhse bhi jyaada soo raha hai.. mein tho itne chilane pe uth jaata hun...
Grumbling about the amount to sleep Rahul is sleeping... Ro started to limp towards the couch with a blanket in his hands...
After tucking Rahul inside the blanket Rohit could not go back towards the bed again.. obviously now you can't expect an injured person to walk around the room.. so Rohit settled beside Rahul..
Sensing some warmth near him Rahul snuggled into Rohit..
Rohit being the big B he did not sense anything different.. well he has been bearing Yuzi and Harry clinging him always and here hear Rahul is just snuggling into him as softly Jassi does so he has no qualms at all... Damnn he's already missing those bunch of idiots who mean the world to him and on impulse he pulled Rahul more into him and sat there making himself and Rahul comfortable..
Rahul woke up and saw he was snuggling into someone and he lifted his head to see that person's face on seeing a familiar face he just sighned and started going back into slumber.
Suddenly realisation struck him that the familiar face was of none other than Rohit.. he gently removed Rohit's arms and made him lie down comfortably on the couch and started thinking how did this happen...
Rahul : As far as I remember I was the only one sitting on the couch and then how come Ro is near me?
Rohit woke up and saw Rahul eyeing him suspiciously..
Rohit : what's the matter Rahul? Aisa kyun ghoor raha hai pehli baar thodi dekh raha hai mujhe
Rahul : Naa.. I was just thinking how you came to the couch when you were sleeping on the bed when I cane to the room??
Rohit : Bhagwan ne mujhe do pair diye hai tho pair se chal ke aaya... BTW bed and couch are not neighbouring countries they are present in the same room
Rahul rolled his eyes at the man who is capable of talking like that... Ro and Ro's humour
Rahul : Mera matlab voh nahi tha.. I meant you have pain in your leg and why did you strain it?
Rohit : You were shivering and moving your head as if you are seeing a tennis match in your dream. I just wanted to give this blanket to you but after coming to the couch I felt soo sleepy that I slept here near you..
Rahul was so touched that Rohit despite his pain came and covered him with a blanket when he could have just ignored he was not the patient right..
Rahul : par... ( Wanted to say... Tumhara pair.. Rohit cut him )
Rohit : par war chod.. ye bata tu room mein ayya tho bed pe kyun nahi soya yun couch pe sone ki kya jarrorat thi.. itna bada bed kya dikhane keliye tha ...
He went on ranting not giving Rahul to open his mouth... It was Rohit Sharma's one way traffic..
Rohit : ab bolta kyun nahi kuch? Baatein bhool gaya hai kya?
Rahul : bolne doge tab bolunga naa... I didn't knew I was going to fall asleep... Mein bas beith raha tha aur pata nahi kab aank lag gayi.
Rohit : achaa theek chod... bhook lagi hai.. dinner karke aate hai chal
Rahul : no you are not going to walk unnecessarily.. I'll order to the room we'll eat here..
Rohit : fine... I'll go freshen up you order the food till then
The food arrived and after eating as per the doctor's advice a masseur came and gave Rohit a gentle massage to his leg.
Rahul started going to his room when Rohit stopped him...
Rohit : Rahul yaar yehi soja... Tu bhi akela vaha hai aur yaha bhi koi nahi hai.. let's sleep in the same room why separate rooms??
Rahul was a bit hesitant but still stayed back thinking he might be helpful in the time of need.. and together they called it a day..
