A SASSY GIRL'S CHEESY STORY :)

Concern

School has become more stressful with increasing assignments, tests etc. And I was trying my best to start my assignments so that I don't forget to complete it on time. Even during nights I would just keep myself awake and try to do as much as I could. I know I am lazy to do my work so I started talking to Rian on phone and he would give me some motivation.

Yes, I had my phone now and we would talk and text regularly.

I don't understand how would I survive without him. Is it that difficult for me to live without him? Am I that naïve to depend on someone so much?

All these thoughts were clouded in my mind that I forgot it was midnight and I should sleep. Tomorrow is Saturday and it is not normal for me to worry as I can wake up late too. But Flio informed me the other day that he will tutor me on Saturdays at his home and also sent his address. Strange! But real! Flio had actually accepted to tutor me and also took my phone number to contact me. Sometimes I started to wonder if it was me who is thinking him as cool and calm or it's just the fact?

Argh Jass! It's not the time to think about all these things but to sleep my brain mocked me and I did sleep after that.

As planned earlier I was ready to leave to Flio's place. My dad would drop and pick me up from there as his friend's house is just three blocks away from Flio's house. I was more than grateful for that coz I was not ready to drive myself after Math class. Me and dad left the house and mom was not pleased with me leaving coz she would be all alone till I return from there. I can't help and I don't have any other option than to go to his place.

Rian kept calling me occasionally to check on me and was specifically very worried when I told him about my visit to Flio's place. I pushed all the thoughts away so that I will concentrate on my studies for now.

When my dad stopped the car, I was surprised that we were in front of a huge house probably a mansion and I was amazed to see it.

" Princess, it is time for you to study, so I will take my leave and if you need anything don't mind me calling " he said with a small smile and left from there leaving me alone. I walked to the door bell and the time was exactly 09.59 am and I am on time as planned. I rang the bell and I was greeted by an old man who would probably be in his mid sixties. I waited for Flio in the living room and my eyes roamed around the interior of the house. It is the most expensive house I have ever seen and it felt almost lifeless.

But why it looks like this?

Why can't I see any other person over here? Are his parents out? Does he have any siblings? Is he only child?

My train of thoughts were interrupted by Flio himself who came down the stairs and asked that old man to bring some juice for us. I loved his gesture, atleast he is not acting all cold here.

" Hi Flio, how are you? " I asked genuinely happy to see him.

" Hello to you too. I am fine I guess, but I highly doubt it now, as you are here " he said and I just rolled my eyes. How can he just think I will trouble him? Oh yes, I will trouble him but now I am here to study so I will do that. He led me to his study room and I must say his house is not less than a museum with intricate designing, paintings, furniture, everything screamed richness here and I must admit I have a crush on a rich person.

" So where do you want to start? " he asked taking his seat across me on a chair and looking through the Math text book. I don't know where to start and how to start coz I am already a master in Math.

" I don't know, whatever you feel like to, you can do " I replied honestly.

In the meantime, my phone buzzed disturbing him who was keenly looking through the book. It was Rian and I don't want to upset Flio by talking and chilling as if it was my house so I just kept it aside and drank the juice which was placed before us by that man.

After two hours, I was in a huge rush to use the washroom and he was busy explaining me a problem and I was becoming restless due to the pressure building inside.

" Where is the bloody washroom? I need to use it real fast " I said in a rush not able to contain it anymore. He just showed me and I was happy that it was not that far from the study. After I was done, I came out to see that Flio was looking at my phone with irritation. I know the reason coz he kept calling me and I ignored it as I don't want to distract myself and Flio as well.

" Who is this? I mean whoever it is I don't bother, but if it is an emergency, I don't want you to keep ignoring it any longer " he said worried about the person on the other side and I know the person can wait until I finish my Math problems.

" Oh its just Rian and don't worry he is just being nosey. The call can wait " I replied shrugging and I can see Flio looking at me with narrowed eyes.

" And who is this Rian? " he questioned back. " He is Rian, my childhood friend " I replied with a small smile.

" Oh its fine. I think you can leave now. We have almost done all the important problems and if you do the remaining of the problems you will be perfect with these chapters " he said referring to the problems we have done till now. " Even after that if you have any doubts don't forget to ask me again " he said again.

" You know, you can be a great teacher if you want to and I am happy to be your student " I said already packing my stuff to leave. I slowly put the chocolates on the table beside without his knowledge as I am sure he will come here again for sure.

" How are you heading back to home? Do you need me to drop you at your place? " he asked already searching for his keys and I am really surprised to see his concern.

" I have a ride to home. My dad is here in his friend's house so I can go along with him. And I would definitely love to go with you but save it for next time. Bye crush " I winked at him and before he could reply I was out of his house already.
