Forks was a boring town, nothing interesting ever happened there. The town loved to gossip, especially if the topic was about the Cullen's. The Cullen's were always the center of attention.  And that's nothing new, it happens in every town, every new school year.

The Cullen coven were very protective over the youngest. Sofia was always very sweet and caring. And very selfless putting others happiness before hers. She's very close to Edward, who wasn't able to read her mind and found that being around her was very relaxing and calm.

Sofia Hale has never felt the need to get close to a human until she met eyes with Thomas Newton. 

Thomas Newton has never talked to the innocent blonde, but he would always look at her when he thinks she's not looking. Thomas Newton was nothing like his twin brother, Mike. Thomas was sweet, shy and caring, not selfish and looks doesn't matter to him.

But even after two long years, the blonde vampire had never talked to him. Even thought she knows he's her mate, she doesn't want to drag him into her world knowing he could get hurt.
