"DON'T YOU THINK YOU'RE A LITTLE OVERDRESSED?"I asked Santana out the window as she walked up to my car from her house. Since we were both going to this dinner, she texted asking if i can get her last minute since she had no other ride. I didn't mind since i was already on the way plus it's not like their house was that far from where she was anyways, we all basically live on the same street it's how close we lived by each-other.

Santanas house was just further down.

"When am i never not according to you guys?."Santana asked as she opened the passenger seat door. I gave a nod because honestly she had a point, she was very consumed in her appearance so she had to outshine everyone. It's been like that out whole lives, standing by her makes you feel underdressed since she overdresses.

but this time i can honestly say she overdid it, her whole outfit matched down to her bag. Even her makeup blended in with it well and i'd be lying if i said i wasn't checking her out.

it wasn't like i wanted her like that but if you see someone beautiful it's a natural thing to do. when she closed the door, her perfume filled the car now. i pulled off not wasting a second to like she didn't to immediately check herself out in the camera on her phone.

"my girls sit so nice in this dress."Santana moved her hair in place as she stared in the mirror. I raised my brow at her and she waved her hand,"Don't be a hater."

"Anyways-about this dinner. Do you think it's a setup or some shit?"I asked glancing at her before back on the road.

"I doubt it."she shook her head,"I went to dinner with them before and it wasn't but the car ride was one."when she said that i gave her a look,"Cesar i'm just fucking with you, it's like any other dinner you have. It's just in a fancy restaurant, are you nervous? is that why you're in a pissy mood with Se?".

"she told you i was in a pissy mood?"I asked offended.

"she said you were mad at her."she shook her head,"and she was in a pissy mood over it. If you're pissy she is that's how you guys are and i hate it but love it."

"One, im offended. Two, my mood wasn't pissy it was annoyed because she's being annoying."i shook my head.

"by doing?"

"she's scared about her dad finding out about us, like i get it but i don't. Monse's gonna be eighteen and she's walking on eggshells now but what's gonna happen if things go deeper in our relationship. I can't get down with being a secret or pretending i'm not her boyfriend to keep her dad happy. It already doesn't feel like i am her boyfriend now, it does but it doesn't. I know how she feels but i feel like i'm not fully apart of her life a secret in a sense."
