Chapter 36:

Xiumin's POV-

"Shoot..." Luhan whispered under his breath.

"What?" I turned to look at his direction.

A van was headed our way according to the report of the other comrades.

"Great..just when things were going smoothly." I cursed.

"I don't think i can last long either...Mr Kevin hasn't come yet, and I'm running out of ammo."

"Sorry, I don't have spare ammo. Just hold on to luck, he should be coming soon. For now, take cover." I said reloading my rifle.

"Just in the nick of time, here's your load of equipment." Mr Kevin said, appearing beside Xiumin.

"Thanks."

"Keep a close eye Ryo. He's in either one of the tanks or vans."

" *beep* This is Sehun *beep* I copy, is is Sehun. Right now, I'm with Baekhyun-hyung. I have a plan. *beep*"

"Go on, just spit it out."

" *beep* We follow their vans. As soon as they get out, all of us ambush them. You don't need to worry about how we follow them, me and Baekhyun-hyung discussed a way already.-" There was a sound of vehicles stopping.

"We'll be going now, see you soon. *beep*"

"Ok, we follow his plan then. Get into positions." Mr Kevin ordered and we hid.

Baekhyun's POV-

"Check if the enemies set any traps around here." A guy demanded, while another stepped out of the truck.

"Change of plans. I'll ambush them and drive the truck there, you get under." I whispered.

Sliding off a slippery rock, I lost my balance and almost made a sound. Luckily, Sehun was there to support me and cover my mouth. But of course, it made the bushes rustle.

"Something's in the bushes!"

Sehun and I held our breath; hearts were pounding. His face was right in front of ours. It was a while until...

"Boo."

"The enemies!-"

I tackled him with all my force and bashed his head using my rifle. The other guy noticed us and fired at us from the window, and I took cover behind a large rock. By the time I noticed, Sehun was gone.

"Sehun! Where are you?!" I shout-whispered, but there was no response.

"AARRGHH!!!" A guy screamed.

"Baekhyun-hyung! I'm over here!" Sehun signaled as he waved his hands.

"So you were there all this time...good job." I complimented, walking over.

"Thank you. So now..."

"Wait! What're you?-"

"YARRRRGGHHH!!! AGGGHHHHHH!!!" The man screamed as Sehun slowly inserted a knife into his wrist, so hard that it dug into the ground . Immediately, blood squirted out thus making the dirt soaked and caked with his blood.

Some of it was splattered onto Sehun, and it made him enraged. His facial expression changing, he stepped forcefully onto the man's head and scrubbed his shoes on it. So powering, that his nose was bleeding, even blood came gushing from his mouth.

"Sehun, what's wrong with you?"

"I hate dogs who work for scum like Ryo. He's gonna die anyways, so just let him suffer." He cringed.
