The Cruel Reality (EXO & BTS Fanfic) Chapter 26 [Revealed]

Chapter 26:

Kevin's POV-

"Don't be too confident!" Hatsuka exclaimed as he came at me.

I didn't think that we'd end up doing this...but I guess I have no choice, I sighed deeply and charged at him.

"This is a fight till death!!!" Hatsuka roared as he slid down and tried to kick my leg.

I didn't respond. With my quick reflexes, I put my hand on his shoulder then used force to push me up and jump behind him. I turned around and his fist was almost touching my face. He looked at me with a psychotic look, a huge smile showing his teeth plastered across his face; dilated eyes filled with the desire to slaughter and lastly; a psychotic laughter.

".....!!"

He was really fast! But yet again, I successfully dodged it. His fist flew past my face, our skin almost about to come in contact. I gritted my teeth, 'I was not going to lose!' I told myself. I was really pissed, my movements became swifter with a hint adrenaline. I immediately gripped his arm with all my strength, and flipped him. Then I used a handcuff to cuff his hands.

"You're not going to kill me?" Hatsuka asked.

I clenched my teeth as an answer, of course I couldn't kill him...he was my brother after all. But I don't get why he wanted to kill me so badly...I'm his brother, yet he didn't care who I was. His once sane self was gone, and is replaced by a psychotic murderer. What could have made him gone insane..

"I'M SICK OF WEAKLINGS LIKE YOU!!!" He suddenly screamed aloud, then continued.

"Fine then, if you're not going to kill me.... I WILL...HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA!!!!!!!!" He spoke in a deep, devilish voice and laughed.

"Tch.....snap out of it, get to your senses!!!" I shouted and slapped him.

He faced the side, but then slowly looked at me. He still had that psychotic look on his face.

"BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHA!!!!"

I furrowed my brows and grimaced, it was really hard to watch...to see my brother fall to such a state..the brother I once knew was gone, forever... I couldn't stand it, so I beat the crap out of him. To get him back, at least that's what I thought.

"Come back!!" I screamed as I landed punches on his face.

I yelled the same thing over and over again, landed punches over again and just kept on begging. (Just imagine your younger/older sis; younger/older brother going insane, man I'd be depressed...) But it wouldn't work... His face was bloody with bruises, I think I broke his nose too because it was bleeding non stop. I gave up and stopped punching him.

"Manager..." A man from my team spoke.

"Sorry..."Hatsuka apologized.

I don't know whether he meant it, but it shocked me...I thought he came back to me.

"Sorry that I became like that...sorry for being such a bad brother, and sorry for not caring about you."

"Nii-san..."(Nii-san means brother in Japanese, in short form. If i'm not mistaken, formally it should be onii-chan.)

But that, was where I thought wrong. All those talk was meant to shock me, to keep me off guard.

"I see you're still naiive, Hatsuro." (If you guys have forgotten, Ryo Hatsuro is Kevin-ssi's real name. You can find out about his childhood in chapter 14-15. I alomost forgot about this too XD)

Hatsuka knocked me off and broke free from the handcuffs with all his strength, and pulled out a gun from his pocket. I did the same and we pointed it at each other.

"No matter how many times...I just can't convince you can I?"

"You're just wasting your time"

*BANG!* There was a gunshot. I looked back and saw one of my agents pointing a gun at Hatsuka. In a dazed state, I look back and saw blood spurting out from his left shoulder blade. The color of his skin was drained, and blood from his mouth dripped down his chin.

"Don't think that this is all it takes to put me down." He smirked as he pulled out a smoke bomb, pulled the latch and threw it to the ground.

"Sir, are you alright?" One of my agents came to my side.

Worried, I looked at Seiren and saw some paramedics part of the ECU (Emergency Care Unit) at her aid. She still couldn't move, after being beaten up bloody and bruised. Deep down, I hoped that she was alright...

"Of course I'm fine." I answered and went to Seiren.

"Seiren....I'm sorry this happened, if I had came earlier all this wouldn't have happened."

"Ke..vin-s...si...gwench-anay....yo....." She struggled to speak.

"Sir...bad news...." The paramedic said and looked worriedly at Seiren.

I looked at Seiren, it was almost as if there was no light in her eyes;no soul.

"Seiren! Stick with us, don't do this! Please!"

No response...

I looked at Jungkook, who was standing there with eyes of guilt. Mumbling and looking at the palm of his hands.

"Seiren....I killed you. I'm sorry.....I betrayed you....I broke your heart." He mumbled.

"STOP LYING YOU TURNCOAT! YOU LEFT HER DYING FEELING BETRAYED! YOU DIDNT CARE ABOUT HER FEELINGS, YOU USED HER!! AARGGHH!!!" A voice boomed, I turned back and saw Chanyeol.

Chanyeol ran at Jungkook and socked him.
