"You need to turn the page, prepared to be amazed, woah, oh, oh," Jade sung along to her favourite Barbie film in her hospital bed. She was alone, of course. She wants going to sing or smile in front of anyone. Especially here. Especially when that's the reason she was here. Sorry, I should probably explain. That's Jade; Jade Baker. Her mother hospitalised her. She was humming Don't Lose Your Head from SiX the Musical, breaking her mother's no music rule. She immediately stopped but still relieved her punishment, a harsh, painful beating, doubled every time she whimpered or winced. She was lucky her neighbour found her, otherwise she may have been beaten to death. Her father had died from serving in the army when she was only 3, but ever since then her mother has been a helpless alcoholic and wouldn't have anything to do with anything that brought joy to her daughter or anyone else. And now she was here, in a hospital and attached to many monitors as she sang softly to the film playing on the small TV above her bed. She didn't notice when a not so strange stranger walked in.

Jade POV~
I was lay on my bed, looking up at my TV with pure joy across my face, smiling broadly and singing quietly along to the songs in the film. I heard the door but figured it was just another nurse or doctor coming to do tests or check my monitors. I was shocked to see....

I've been very intrigued itno writing this and it's been distracting me from work. I'll write again soon ~ Olaf (that isn't my real name but it's a nickname xx))
