(Reader here is female, so pronounces being used here are she/her/them. Might have a change of writing style tho. I've been writing a few drafts lately as a form of practice. I might post them and I might not. Also the reason why the reader is female in this chapter is because I wanted to try and write something new as well as experimenting! I groaned again, looking at my text book as I was having a hard time understanding what the messages meant. I looked at the time and sighed as it was really late. '12:05 am.. Ugh I wasted my precious time on this text book.' I sighed again, picking up my phone in the process. I scrolled through my contacts looking for a certain someone. 'I wonder if he's still awake at this hour..' I thought as I sighed again. For what seemed like the hundredth time. When I found his name, I tapped on his profile, smiling at our messages from this afternoon.

Genya:
Hey Y/N, what are you
doing right now?

You:
Oh nothing much Genya!
What about you? Are you
doing okay with your maths?
Haha haha XD

I'm studying right now.
No, I'm still struggling
with the new topic. Don't
laugh at me!! That's just mean!

I chuckled at our conversation from this afternoon, remembering the fact that I teased him about his maths. '12:10 am. Five minutes have passed already? That was fast. Maybe he's still awake, studying.' I thought as I tapped on my phone.

You:
Hey, you awake?

Genya:
Typing...

You were right, he was awake. But now you felt a little guilty thinking you might have interrupted him from studying. Those thoughts were soon cut off as his reply appeared.

Genya:
Yeah, I'm awake. I just
finished studying. What
about you?

You were relieved knowing you didn't interrupt him and that he just finished studying.

You:
Oh, I gave up on my
text book. I couldn't understand
the messages written
there.

Genya:
Hah! Sucks to be you!

I pouted your lips upon reading his reply. "'Hah! Sucks to be you' my ass." I said with a rather mocking tone. I smirked at the thought I had in mind as a come back.

You:
Says the person who's having
a hard time with his maths!

Genya:
Hey, leave me alone!

You:
You started it first!

Genya:
What do you mean I
started it first? You're the
one who decided to tease
me with my maths first!

I pouted your lips again when he made a reasonable reason. "Oh! I know!" I exclaimed as I quickly tapped on my phone's keyboard whilst having the biggest smirk on my face. 'I hope you were not expecting this reply, Shinazugawa Genya!' I exclaimed in my thoughts sounding smug in my imagination.

You:
Oh? I thought you loved me
Genya-kun~

I then decided to have my fun and tease him some more. But first I wanted to know his reply. When he did, I.. I was..

Shocked. Did he actually have.. Feelings for me? Did he take that message seriously? 'How do I reply?!' I panicked while trying to calm myself down. My cheeks started to slowly become dusted with pink hues. Do I.. Do I have feelings for Genya?
