chap. 4 𖦹 the idea

alex was nestled into his bed, blankets pulled up over his chest. he had been up in his room for most of the day talking to the mystery girl from across the hall. he didnt realize it up until a little bit ago, but he had a small smile on his face. his cheeks were a light shade of red.

a few knocks were placed on alexs door, causing the boy to jump a bit. he threw his phone down on the bed next to him, getting up out of his comfy spot. he opened up his door to the visitor, rubbing his eyes a bit.

it was will, standing there already on his phone. "back again?" alex asked, moving away from the door to let will enter the room. alex walked over to his closet to throw on a hoodie. he felt a little bit exposed around the boy.

will let himself in and sat down in alex's desk chair, looming over to the boy. alex pulled the hoodie over his head, smoothing it down.

"ah, gucci hoodie. nice touch." will laughed, pointing to alex. he made finger guns at will before sitting down on his bed.

"so what do you want at this time of night?" alex asked, pushing his hair back out of his face.

"it's only ten pm! granny." will scrunched up his face at alex. "but, i'm here for a video idea." he started to explain.

"i don't like your video ideas.." alex grabbed his phone off his bed, beginning to scroll on twitter.

"so, you know that person that we messaged on tinder for my video, well, how would you feel if you guys went on a date for a video. kind of like a follow up type of thing, yea?" will said, moving his hands around a bunch as he talked.

alex raised a brow. "you sure about that. you don't think that she will be upset?" alex tried to make it seem like he had not been chatting with the female all day. he didn't want will to know that yet. he would probably just make fun of him or use it as a video.

"nah mate. i think that it would be a good idea. so, are you down for that?" will asked.

"ahh...i'm not sure." alex said softly. he wasn't opposed to the idea, he was just nervous of the outcome. or even if the female would be upset with him. how do you explain to a girl that you and your friend tried to prank her in a video.

"please, dude, come on!" will pleaded. he pouted a bit.

"fine...but you're paying for our meal." alex said, holding out his hand across the bed to will.

will laughed, holding out his hand too, shaking alex's hand. "deal."
