I woke up in Jacobs bed, naked and sore. I seemed to not be able to recollect the rest of last night after my conversation with Will because after I almost kissed him I downed another vodka to forget how stupid I felt, hopefully I did not do anything stupid.

I turned around and saw Jacob covered in his black sheets sleeping soundly. I looked at the time on his clock and nearly jumped out of bed.

I forgot I had class today. Great. I had two hours to get there. I shuffled out of bed and froze when I heard Jacob speak.

"Where are you going." He moaned half asleep. I turned to look over my shoulder and smiled at how cute and not scary he looked for the first time.

"I have class." I whispered.

"It's like six in the morning." He said dramatically.

"Yeah and the bus takes an hour, and I need to go home and change." I sighed and he groaned.

"With all the vodka and coke you did last night I'm surprised you don't have a hangover." He raised an eyebrow at me and I laughed to myself.

"Oh sweetheart I'm tougher than I look." I replied and he smiled.

"Yeah I can see that. Well I have a bit of a sore neck, can you grab me some water?" He said and I nodded.

"Thats old age creeping up on you." I joked and waited for his reaction.

"Oh you really shouldn't have said that." He warned me and hooked his arms around my stomach and pulled me down onto the bed. I yelled and he started tickling my stomach in the most childish way. I begged him to stop as I laughed and felt my bladder about to explode.

He complied after he tortured me enough.

"Stay another hour. I'll lend you some clothes and call you a car, you'll be there in thirty minutes." He said and I bit my lip as I though over his request which I wasn't sure I had a say in.

"Fine but if I'm late to class you have to personally call Will and explain how you held me hostage." I said and he sighed.

"I didn't think he would be so angry... I get you're his student but I have nothing to do with that. He's used to me dating girls like you." He said and I nodded.

"Well, I'm sure he'll be over it shortly." I assured him and myself.

"And for you're information there are no girls like me. I'm one of a kind." I teased him and he just dragged me next to him and spooned me.

I don't know if it was the remaining alcohol in our system but there was a different energy between us. I was finally letting go of the fear I felt around him, he was someone I could strangely get along with.

We cuddled for an hour and I peeled myself off him and stood up.

"I have to go now." I told him and I stretched and got out of bed.

I used the bathroom as he fetched me some clothes. I opened the door and he held up a pair of leggings and one of his button down dress shirts and some flip flops. I looked up at him and raised an eyebrow.

"The shoes and pants are my ex's and this is the smallest shirt I own." He said.

I put it on and looked ridiculous in his oversized shirt but didn't make a fuss. Half the people at my school wore pajamas to class.

He called me an Uber and handed me an envelope.

"I have a business dinner in two days, I'll text you send you something to wear." He said placing his lips on mine. I nodded and said goodbye as I walked out his door.
