'Peace'

"It is to be maintained, not to be achieved."

Imagine a world without pollution, without war, without sickness, and the air is filled with joy.
This was almost achieved.
This almost became real.
But either reality is cruel, or we become too naive.

"Be a good boy, okay.", Sheena said as she hugs her son.

"Why do you have to leave?", the kid said.

"The world needs to be saved, we hope to save it. When you grow up, we want you to save it too.", Sheena answered.

"Why can't I go with you?", the kid said.

"Because you have school, better not slack off classes.", Hector said as he walks to the boy.

"It's fine, I skipped school to watch Star Wars at home last week remember? You went with me because you said you were bored at work.", the boy responded.

"What?", Sheena irritatedly retorted. The boy and Hector shared a look, and faced Sheena.

"You watched Star Wars and you didn't even invite me?", Sheena asked sadly.

Hector felt guilty. "Oof, don't worry honey, the movie wasn't even that good."

"Dad, Star Wars was AWESOME", the boy whispered to his father.

Hector crouches to his son, "I know, but we're gonna watch it again with Mom next time, and when she see's that it's a GREAT movie, she's gonna flip.", Hector whispered back.

"Mom hasn't seen Star Wars?", the boy asked.

"Yeah, weird right?", Hector replied.

Sheena called out "Hey nerds!" to Hector and the boy. "The jet's ready."

"Alright" Hector stands up. "Stay out of trouble kiddo, love you." Hector ruffles the boy's hair.

Sheena walks to the boy and crouches, "Oh I'm gonna miss you" Sheena hugs the boy tightly and kisses his forehead, "Love you kid" She stands up and walks to the jet.

Hector and Sheena waves goodbye as they go on the jet.

The jet has flown away. Mortimer, the young butler comes to the boy.

"Shall we go back inside the house sire?", Mortimer asks the child.

The boy stares at the sky for a bit. "Wanna watch Star Wars Morty?", the boy asked.

"Ofcourse sire, would you like for me to invite your grandfather?", Mortimer replied.

"Nah, he's busy, and he rarely visits. You know, you don't have to be formal with me, I'm younger and you're like a brother to me. Just call me Lenny.", the boy tells the butler.

"That would not be proper sire.", Morty replied.

The two go back in the house bickering about being formal with each other or not.

They didn't return.
The parents never came back.
It's been months and they haven't come back, and they can't be contacted.
Several weeks after a search was conducted to find them, men came to the Zahn manor.
