Chapter 01 : Their Summers Apart

Vic POV

"Everything set?" Vic ask into his ear piece which he uses to speak with all the cheer camp coordinators there.

"Yes, the campers are ready."

Vic took in a load of breath and turns to the banners that says 'Welcome to Cheer Camp' as he got his game face on.

"Alright, Release them." With that the tall banners were torn into pieces.

As old and new cheerleaders came through it all flipping and running freely to the campsite, Vic made sure to have everyone feel as welcomed as openly possible by greeting high fives to all plus jumping with his energetic gestures to them, since this would be the zombies and Lizzys first cheer camp experience he wanted to make her feel accepted to come here.

"Go team!"

"Yeah! Shrimpy!"

"High five Shrimpay!"

"Go Shrimpy! Go Shrimpy!"

"Hi! I'm Vic, I know I'm not supposed to talk but nobody's gonna do intros for me here, that's right I'm the guy in the Mighty Shrimp costume and this is cheer camp, where even zombies are welcomed now, we're all united-"

"LINE UP!" Vic shivered and quickly turned to grab the pink umbrella.

"Well most of the time." He whispered.

Bucky did a double flip as he made his way to the front while Vic held the pink umbrella high to his head for shade.

"Yey! Bucky!"

"And that's our cheerleader captain Bucky, my boss, for the summer here."

Bucky did the thing with his eyes and hands to silence the group as he delivers his speech.

"You've all heard the stories of blood thirsty monsters that roam these woods, feasting on innocent cheerleaders..."

This didn't help Vic as he made a small whale of horror just thinking about all those old camp scary stories.

"BOO!" Vic flinched.

Oh jellyfish crisp! I almost had a heart attack there, it was just the Aceys...

"Well those stories are just silly make believe, but you better believe we'll break you down and build you back up into peppy like cheer machines likeee..."

Bucky went onto introduce the trio of his pom pom followers which Vic could totally beat thier intros if given the chance, like Lacey, Stacey and the new guy Jacey, because Tracey had graduated last year turns out the guys name is Kevin, Vic chuckles under his suit because of that he saw Lizzy, his girlfriend, there among the newbies.

I really wanna give Lizzy a welcoming hug right now yet I can't, I'm not allowed to even talk to anyone while in this Shrimp suit and Bucky is one hella strict boss since his family owns these campgrounds at least she looks happy...

"Long live the Aceys!"

He gave instructions for the Aceys to lead the veterans while Addison and Bree take on the newbies, Vic was very excited for Lizzy he hopes with Addison, Lizzys idol, on her side she'll be fine, this would be great exposure to boost her confidence as apart of Seabrooks cheerleader squad.
