Chapter 13

Dolly, Dylan and the others returned home. Today Dolly was preparing dinner and Dylan and Summer were talking in the treehouse.

Summer: Do you think they'll let us be together?

Dylan: I already told you that I would love you because of what would happen.

Dolly couldn't focus at that time. She was still thinking how to fix it all. She thought for a long time but still did not know. It's supper time. When Delilah and Doug came from work, Dylan was going to talk to them.

Dylan: Mom, Dad, can we talk?

Delilah: Sure son.

Dylan: In private.

Delilah Doug and Dylan went to their parents' room. Dylan was nervous but did not show it.

Dylan: I have to tell you something.

Doug: What?

Dylan: The point is ... Summer and I are a couple.

Delilah: That's how we know it

Dylan: (surprised) But where from?

Delilah: Dolly told us.

Dylan: But how did she know that?

Doug: Does not matter. As for you and Summer ... You can be together.

Dylan: (happy) Really !?

Delilah: Yes

Dylan: Thank you.

Dylan walks excitedly straight to the treehouse to tell Summer.
