Three weeks later
August pov
I walked to the hospital I went to the desk

August-Is nurse Lauren on her lunch break

Staff-Yes she's in the staff lounge I believe Want me to get her

August-No

I mumbled walking off I looked it she was looking and I sneaked off I looked for the staff lounge I walked in she was sitting talking to her friends she was laughing eating her salad

Lauren-Girl noo

She spoke I leaned on the door watching her

??-I think we got a stalker

Her friend said they looked at me I chuckled

August-Hey

??-Fine ass

Lauren-August what are you doing here

August-I can't come see this beautiful nurse who makes my daughter happy and possibly me happy?

I asked

??-That's my cue

She got up walking out smirking I walked towards Lauren

Lauren-I make you happy

August-Ever since I got discharged I couldn't stop thinking about you and ayumi misses you I didn't know how close you guys were...I uh I'm not the type of person who tells somebody I miss them and stuff-

She kissed me I kissed more wrapping my arms around her waist

Two hours later
I brung ayumi home from school

August-You tired tired

She nodded sleepy holding her hands up

I picked her up shutting the door I went upstairs taking her to her room Lauren grabbed her which made ayumi jump she looked and screamed

Ayumi-Laurennnn

She hugged her I smiled

Lauren-Hey ready to nap now

She nodded lauren later her in ayumi bed and put covers over her

Moments later I was on the couch all cuddled up with Lauren she was watching bet I was on my phone

Lauren-August

I looked she kissed me I smiled kissing her she kissed more

Lauren-So I know this sounds out of line and stuff but..uh does ayumi keep contact with her mom

August-Ayumi doesn't have a mom

Lauren-What happened

August-I really don't know anything about ayumi family I adopted ayumi couple months ago
