Chapter 4

Mikayla P.O.V
I speed walk up stairs and I was about to open up the door to my room until I heard someone call my name. I turned and saw Kay. Hey baby what's wrong. I had a bad dream. Oh baby I'm sorry do you want me to bring you to your uncle's room. She shook her head yes and I took her hand and brung her to her August's room I knocked on the door. Come in. Hey August Kay had a bad dream and she wants to sleep with you. Oh ok come on Kay. Kay walked to his bed and he pulled her up and I tucked her in. All right good night you two. They both say goodnight and I walk out the room and close the door. I almost forgot about that piece of paper, almost. So I hurry up to my room and open the door. When I walk in the lights are off and I hear soft snoring. This nigga sleep but that's okay he gone get it, but right now I'm too tired to be stressing so I grab some pillows and a blanket. Then I go down stairs cuz I don't even want to wake up to him.

*next morning*

Shad P.O.V
I rolled over and expected to feel Mikayla's body but I didn't I look up and saw that her part of the bed looked liked nobody slept in it. I get up brush my teeth and head down stairs. I look for her in the kitchen but she ain't in there so I go to the living room and see her asleep on the couch I walked over to her and wake her up. Baby get up. She woke up looked at me and rolled her eyes then she got up and walked away. Umm am I missing something? I semi yelled. She turned around to look at me. Lower your voice we have guest. After that she went up stairs and I followed her. When we got to our room I closed the door and hurried up to the bathroom before she could close the door. What the fuck is your problem. You really want to know? Yes because you're acting like a lil ass kid walking away from me and shit. Ok nigga I'm finna show you what the fuck is wrong. She went over to her side of the bed and picked something up of her night stand and threw it at me. I picked it up and opened it. It was the number that girl gave me by my office. Mikayla I can explain ( gco ). No not right now you can wait till I get them out the house then you can try to explain your self and if I was you I would stay away from me right now. And with that she closed the bathroom door and left me there feeling stupid.

August P.O.V
I woke up and saw that Kay was still sleep snoring like a grown man, I'm surprised I slept through that. I got out of bed and went to the bathroom to take a shower, when I got out the shower I got ready to take the girls home. I went over to Kay's side of the bed and I was about to wake her up until I heard a knock on my door. I went over to it and opened it. Hey August. Hey ma wassup? I just wanted to give you my car keys so you could take the girls home and do what ever. Oh ok cool. You don't want to come with me? I added. Naw I need to stay here and deal with something but I'll help you find a place later. Oh old boy did some huh. That's none of your business nosey. She said while smiling. Ok then, but um could you do me a favor. Yea what? Could you wake up Chay and Mya? Yea ok see you later. Ight bye. After she left I woke up Kay and she was mad. Man why you waking me up so early? Lil girl it's 11 o'clock. Oh. Yea oh. She smacked her lips and walked out of my room. I swear that girl think she grown.

Mikayla P.O.V
I went to the other guest room and woke up Chay and Mya. After I woke them up I left they room and saw Kay walking my way looking mad. She stormed passed me and I'm like ok then I see August watching me shaking his head. What you shaking your head at? Kay she just think she too grown. Ha why what happened? I woke her up and now she mad. I started laughing. Aha you shouldn't have woke her up. I said while walking down stairs. He followed behind me and we went to the kitchen. I started to get pans and stuff to make breakfast but August stopped me. Hold up ma let me do it you already made breakfast for me so now it's my turn. Ok chef August get yo cook on. I will. I laughed at him. I almost forgot that August can throw down. But we was cooking for six people so I still helped him. By time August was done with the eggs and I was plating food the girls came down stairs with their stuff. Oooooo y'all mad us breakfast said Mya. We all laughed and I started handing the girls their plates. Then Shad came into the kitchen, I looked up at him and turned around to the stove to fix my plate then I sat down to eat.
