I woke up but I still had my eyes closed and my head hurt like I got hit with a bat. I heard distant voices somewhere
Zach: dude I can't believe you hit her
Austin: I didn't mean to. If you hadn't dodged my hit I wouldn't have knocked her out
Zach: but still, you hit here
I opened my eyes and got up and walked over to the voices in the kitchen
Zach: hey Lexi how are you feeling
Lexi: my head really hurts
Austin: do you remember anything that happened to before you blacked out
Lexi: not that much right now... All I remember was getting punched in the face
Austin: is that all you remember.....
Lexi: I think so..... WAIT! I remember everything now! You and Zach were fighting, I hit behind him, you tried to punch him, and missed......... And you hit me...............
Austin: listen about that I'm SO SO SO sorry I didn't mean to I-
Lexi: I need to go upstairs to my room
Austin: why
Lexi: BECAUSE! Obviously you don't like Zach for some reason. My two best friends, and they won't get along, and you attacked him and MADE him fight you. I can't even look at you right now
Zach: do you want me to go upstairs with you
Lexi: no. I want some time alone
I walked over to the medicine cabinet and got some ibuprofen and water. I felt both of there eyes were on me as I walked upstairs to my room, when I got to my room I closed the door behind me and laid down.
Why are guys so stupid some times? Why did it have to be MY best friends fighting?! Why did Zach have to come back? Why did Austin have to move here? Would I be better off if I didn't know them...
I shook my head trying to get my mind off of what happened. But still, I couldn't. I started crying but made no sound, maybe I would have been better off if they weren't my friends.
I reached over and grabbed my phone off the other end if the bed. The one person I knew for sure could cheer me up we Isaiah.
To Isaiah;
rly need ur help right now. Don't know wht 2 do. Plz come over

I sent the text and plugged my phone in to be charged. Just then my phone beeped
To Lexi:
Ok I'll be over in 10 minutes :)

I felt happy to have him as a close friend. I don't want him to end up fighting the other guys. I've already had enough of that for today
To Isaiah:
Thxs it means a lot. But when u get here come to my window on the side on the house. Climb up the tree and knock 3 times. I'll explain when u get here

He responded back within seconds saying ok. I could really count on him for anything. I've known him for so long.
I plugged my phone back in and took some medicine. I turned the tv on and watched disney. You can never get to old for it.
I must have lost track of time. I heard 3 knocks on my window knowing it was Isaiah. I got off my bed and walked over to the window and opened it.
Isaiah: hey
Lexi: hi
I helped him in and he closed the window and sat on the bed. I sat next to him.
Isaiah: have you been crying
Lexi: ya some
Isaiah: why
Lexi: there's just too many things going on
Isaiah: like what
Lexi: Zach came back...
He had a disgusted look on his face. He had met Zach before and didn't like him. I still don't know why
Isaiah: oh
Lexi: and there's a kid that moved in to the house next door and his name is Austin. He moved here like 2 months ago and I showed him around and everything and ya, things just went in the right direction. Almost
Isaiah: what do you mean by almost
Lexi: they were both fighting over me a while ago and Austin accidentally punched me and I, um...
Isaiah: you what?!
Lexi: blacked out..... Please don't get mad
Isaiah: The next time I see him...
He started to put his hands in a fist but I placed my had on top of his and he calmed down. He had his head hang down low guilty of getting mad
Lexi: he didn't mean to. I know how protective you are but still, it wasn't on purpose. It was by accident. I was behind Zach, Austin swung Zach ducked thinking I would do the same, but I didn't. He didn't mean to
He looked up and he had softened up and was looking straight into my eyes
Isaiah: listen there's something I've been meaning to tell you for a while but I was to scared. And I know we don't keep secrets from each other...
Lexi: what is it? You know you can tell me anything. Your like my second brother.
Isaiah: ok...
He took a deep breath and held both of my hands and looked into my eyes
