After racing about with Blake for a couple of hours I began to get sleepy. Perfectly normal for a sleep deprived teenager.
"You need to go home soon" Blake whispered against my neck. I looked up at him, full of alarm from his previous statement. I don't want to go home, I never do.
"Oh kayyy" I sighed and tried to make these last few moments of peace last as long as they possibly can.
"Laur?" He asked starring straight at my mouth making me blush.
"Yeah" I whispered, wetting my dry lips with my tongue.
"Nothing" he replied shaking his head and running his fingers up and down his neck, clearly fazed by something.
I pulled down my jumper sleeves, just in case I mean you never know what could happen these days.
"LAUR, WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU" he roared and my whole body began to tremble.
"Blake" I whispered before letting a small tear roll down my face, "run, now and don't come back around me" I muttered, slowly stepping away from him.
"Fleur, I can't leave you" he replied reaching out to grip my arm making me wince slightly. I pulled away and began to run.
away from the kind badass boy that makes me smile and into the arms of the one thy kills me.
"Daddy?" I asked trying to avoid all physical contact an eye contact.
"You didn't make me dinner! Do you want me to kill your mother!" He asked in a creepily calm voice that made all of the food in my stomach slowly turn into bile that wanted to come up.
"No father" I sighed and trudged back towards the house being thumped as I did so.
"Did your mother let you out?" He questioned.
"Yes father" I replied and instantly hated myself for Letting her take the blame for me being so clumsy as to leave without consulting him.
"You will be punished, do not speak or move from your room once you have cooked my dinner, cleaned the while house and put the baby to bed. I'm sick of seeing your face!" He roared before adding.
"I'll come for you later"
I ran up to my room as fast as I could, tripping over my own feet multiple times and locking the door fully once I was inside the safety of my room.
I leant my back against the door and began to break down sobbing. do I deserve this? Do normal children go through this? And much more importantly.
What will he do to me.
These thoughts swarmed around my head about everything that I have ever done wrong in my life. The time I stole a cookie without asking, the time I didn't get an A in my history test, when I went to meet Blake.
Everything he could punish me for.
Is it bad that I wished for Blake to sweep in and save me? I barely knew him but all I wanted was to be with him and not locked in my room terrified of my father beating me.
Laura the tough girl that nobody but her father sees cry was balling, terrified of what was just around the corner.
