Chapter 6: It's All Clear

Rosie left her head up, it was a tall man, wearing a black sun-glasses, fedora hat, trench coat, very fancy looking, she stood up asking " Yes? .. May I help you, sir?"," Ahh .. I am very sorry ma'am, it's just I am new in town and my phone charger went off, could I use your phone to make a very quick call, if you please?", Rosie was so confused because he just called her by her name, she opened her phone and gave the gentleman "of course sir here ..", as the man was calling, Rosie was looking at him, the way he is dressed, thinking that he must be a rich businessman or something, " Umm .. sorry but ... have we met before or something!?"

" ugh .. he is not picking up .. oh well I am so sorry for wasting your time Ms. Carter !", the man was ignoring her question,

" O-oh... It's okay sir .. by the way, H-how did you know my name!?! ",

Michael came holding the tickets "Um? hello?",

" Oh you got a date haha .. I am very sorry" saying the man,

" N-no! h-he is .. hmm ",

Michael wrap his arms on Rosie's waist " Yes .. that's my girlfriend ..",

Rosie was in looking at Michael's face feeling awkward and blushing at the same time,

" Sooo... Can I help you, man?",

" Oh .. I am sorry I just .. My name is AL, I just moved here and my phone battery died, so I saw this pretty lady sitting and I asked her if I could borrow her phone to call my friend but oh well hehee .. seems like he didn't pick up",

" Where are you heading to?",

" X Hotel ",

" Oh yeah, look it's close by here, just take a taxi and he will drop you there!",

" Thank you! Pleasure meeting you" he shakes his hands with Michael's then he looked back at Rosie " And you .. pleasure meeting you .. moy roza " said AL as he winked to Rosie and walked away,

" You .. know that guy?? I think he just said Rosa something" said Michael

" uh .. I- .. what?" said Rosie as she was fully confused, who is that man? She never met someone or knew somebody with the name AL, how come he knows her? With her name and father's name, she was trying to process,

" Anyways .. shall we go ?" said Michael as he grabbed Rosie's hand, Rosie blushes and nodded.

Rosie and Michael had so much fun, the played lots of games, Rosie asked Michael if they could ride the Ferris wheel, she always wanted that, Michael thought it was perfect for the view when they took the ride, and the wheel went up, Rosie was so happy, the view was so gorgeous " Wow .. what a breath-taking view!", Michael was looking at Rosie's face and how happy she was, Rosie's eyes were sparkling,

" You know .. I-it is my first time going to a carnival ",

" Really? Why's that? ",

" Well .. I don't know you .. my mother was so scared of taking me around which until this day ... I am so confused why?",

" Scared? From what?",

" The day that dad left my mom, she said it's dangerous out there, she mentioned that my father was dealing with drugs and it wasn't healthy for me to be around him... That's why she asked for a divorce .. Didn't gave me details because I was at the age of 3... That's why I am not a social person, I don't have friends... Now I got Julian... She's my only friend ..." Rosie took a very deep breath " I know nothing about my dad .. I don't even remember how he looks like .. now .. I only got my uncle .. he is the only family that left for me... ",
