three: trouble

Fenix

I looked at her. She all curled up at my side hugging on me. I can't say I didn't like this cause I did but I couldn't be with her. Alejandro peeked his head in my room, he was about to say something until he saw Mia had her head on my leg.
"Yo. What she doing in here?" He nodded at her. I smoothly got up and let her sleep. "Something happened while she was at the damn party you took her too." I closed the door and stepped outside. "Why did you leave her alone nigga?" Alejandro sighed. "Damn. I told her we should of stayed." I don't know why but I pushed him. "What? So you went to fuck with Allure instead of protecting Mia?"

"Nah. It wasn't like that. Why the fuck you bugging? It's not like you really care."

"Yes I do care actually.

"Man, you just trying get in her pants to forget about Keke."

I punched him in the jaw and he hit me back and we both fell to the ground fighting. Mia, Kato, Rob and Allure came out the rooms. "Hey! Get the hell off him!" Mia yelled at Alejandro. Kato pulled me back while Allure grabbed Alejandro. "Come here baby." His face and eye was bruised; my lip was busted along with my eye being bruised.
"What the fuck is you dumbasses fighting about?" Kato crossed his arms.

"Nothing." I walked off towards the bathroom. Mia followed me. "You're lying." She looked at me. "He was talking shit so I clocked him." I sat down and she stood in front of me with the first aid kit.

"Talking shit about what?"

"Me." I turned away. She dabbed my lip softly. Being so close to her made me feel funny. "What really happened?" I didn't say anything. I wasn't about to. She finished up and I went back to my room.

3:15 am

Momma Mia: FAMILY MEETING. GETCHA ASSES IN THE LIVING ROOM NOW.

I opened my door and started walking in the living. Alejandro nodded at me. I didn't look at his ass either. Allure stood next her with an unhappy look.  "So you two. Tell us what happened." They both looked at Alejandro and me. I smacked my lips together. We all sat down on the couch.

"Nothing ain't happen." Alejandro mumbled. "Right Fenix?" I nodded. "Yeah. Nothing. I don't know what y'all on." Kato and Rob looked at them.

"Then why y'all fighting?" I shrugged again.

"Real question is Samia. Why were you in Fenix's room?" Kato turned and looked at me. "What the fuck is going on round here?" He stood up.

"I- I got into a little fight at the party, got drunk and high. Fenix picked me up but I meant to call you." She looked at me. "He helped me that's all. I fell asleep in his bed. We didn't do nothing."

"Yeah but he wanted to." Rob laughed. Mia threw her Nike slipper at him. "Shut up. No he didn't. He helped me because Ale left me there alone."

Kato turned his attention to him. "What?" Kato was officially one pissed off nigga. "You left my little sister at a college party nigga?" Alejandro held his hands up and looked down.

"I was with Allure."

"Oh. So you left my little sister alone so you could fuck with her little best friend?" Allure rolled her eyes. "I'm not fucking little and neither is Mia. Mia is old enough to go anywhere she pleases. You ain't her daddy." Kato raised his hand at her like he was gonna hit her and Alejandro stood up.

"Don't touch my girl." He pulled out his gun. "Or we going be some dead guys in here." I stood in between them. "Hold up. Chill the fuck out." Kato turned away from me. Allure looked at Alejandro.

"Take a walk Malik." Mia pointed to the door. "Rob. Go with him." Rob stood up.

"What did you say about Mia?" Kato pointed at Alejandro. "Nothing." He put his gun down. "I ain't say nothing. I didn't mean to say that shit. I was just high." I looked at him. I could see Mia was looking at me.

"Mia, tell him what happened." I went to her and touched her shoulder. Kato looked at me.

"I tased Lanni him with the taser Alejandro gave me." I tapped her shoulder. "Tell him the rest." Mia looked at me and then back at Kato.

"I popped a xanny and got more drunk after because he put his hand down my shirt and grabbed my ass." Alejandro sat down next to Allure holding on her.

"I was supposed to be protecting her but Allure and I went on our date instead because Mia didn't want to ruin it for us." Alejandro replied. I could see the look on his face, he was angry but not at me anymore at least.

"And what did you do?" He motioned at me. I cleared my throat.

"I picked her up and took her to get some food. She was still drunk when I brought her back. I put her in my bed because she didn't want to be alone. I fought with him because he said I was just trying to get in her pants to get over Keelah." Mia turned to me and grabbed my hand.

"Is that what you're trying to do?" She touched my face. I shook my head and pulled her closer to me. "No. I wouldn't play games with you mamas." Maybe she believed me.

Alejandro came up to us. "Man. I'm sorry. I was just off the shit. I ain't mean that." He dapped me up and I nodded. "It's all good. We got some good hits on each other." Rob laughed. "At least we know you niggas can fight. Can't beat me though."

Samia

After all the commotion was over. Everyone went back to sleep but I couldn't seem to fall asleep so here I was on Instagram. Was he being real with me right now? Fenix was in the living room watching tv while I sat at the table scrolling my phone. I glanced over at him. He didn't notice it. But I noticed him. His shirt was off so I stared dreamily at his tattoos. I wanted to count them all.

"Why you sneaking looks at me?"

"I'm not." I looked down at my phone. Fenix got up and came over to me. "Oh you not?" He tilted his head. I rolled my eyes. "I saw you looking at me!" He laughed. "I don't know what you talking about." I replied trying to hide my blushing and smile. He put his hands on my thigh and ran his fingers up them. "You know this." He leaned and kissed my lips. But I melted. I didn't know what he was trying to do but damn, I liked it a lot more than I wanted to admit. I kissed him back before it went further;  I stopped him. "Um, we should go to bed." I stood up and went towards my room with a smile.

"Good night Fen."

"Goodnight mamas."

Maybe we had a shot. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad to be with Fenix.
